Can't comment on goods ordered yet as I only ordered them yesterday. However, their customer service is brilliant and dealt with by Julie. My query has been handled in a superfast time buy a very able young lady. 10 star 🌟 service

Ordered these as they looked totally adorable. We’re 4 days into school and only one label is still on a jumper, all the shirt, coat and shoes ones are off. Really disappointed as I really wanted to like these, spent a lot of money on them for both my children and they’re awful. I will not be buying again, of all the labels I’ve used, these have lasted the shortest amount of time. 4 days.

Extremely poor quality at an extremely high price! You can get much better stickers at a much lower price. They don’t peel off properly and print quality is poor. Also irritating that they have their branding on the stickers.

Wish I had checked reviews here first. Ordered labels and within 2 mins I realised I had made a mistake and that the labels I ordered were no good for clothing. I emailed immediately only to be told they had been printed and sent but I could but more with the added cost of P&P - no thanks, won't ever use them again and will be steering all school mums clear if you

I've bought the metal name tag for my son when he started school for his bag, he is going into year 3 and it's still going strong! I just purchased one for my daughter who is begining school nursery and, as my son's does, it looks brilliant. I've also purchased some name tags which withstand washing and wear and tear well!
100% recommended

I’ve bought three times now from Easy2Name for my children and the stickers are fantastic. The iron on clothing labels have lasted on my daughter’s school carriages and the item stickers are great.

My non verbal autistic son loved choosing a dinosaur for his name on his school waterbottle and pact lunch which helps him identity his items. We always buy from here and tell our friends too who have also put orders in. Highly recommend!

Really pleased with my purchase. Great water bottle and quick delivery.
Many thanks

Great quality labels and so easy to use!

I’m really impressed with my Easy2Name labels. The ordering process was simple, the designs were lovely, and the labels arrived quickly. They’re perfect for school items, clothing, water bottles and lunch boxes, and they stay on really well even with regular use.

I’d definitely recommend Easy2Name to other parents looking for practical, good-quality name labels.

Had a spelling error on the clothes label, emailed them and was sent a replacement same day without issues. Labels last forever and they normally ship the same day as order. Recommended!

All clothing labels fell off within months even after following the guidance provided, such as pre wash clothes and allow labels to stick before washing again.
The stock on hard surfaces labels have all fallen off too. Waste of money. I contacted the company who did not offer a refund or a replacement.

I’ve ordered multiple times from Eazy2name, their name labels are great but I love their compartment lunch boxes they make lunches fun
Recently had my first small issue with one, pondered whether i should bother emailing but in the end I did….
The customer service was brilliant replied really quickly and after a few helpful tips which didn’t help a replacement was sent out and I received it within a couple of days
An all round great company
Their products are lovely and with a team that actually help you can’t go wrong

Thank you Eazy2name

The error was corrected quickly and efficiently. No hassle. No "Sorry I don't understand"
Just done. Lovely and refreshing.

I placed an order by mistake and immediatey realised so sent an email asking to cancel. I also rang first thing in the morning but was met by no understanding or compassion and basically told they wouldnt cancel it. Poor

I messed up my order- somehow had left part of my address out. The team were very responsive and helpful. Got my nametags resent once Royal Mail returned it. They kept me updated throughout the process.

Currently still waiting for stickers I ordered on the 2nd of September, went for them above my usual labels as it promised fast delivery. I checked in with customer services who shared that a follow up email had been sent to me
to confirm my address however absolutely no sign of this email anywhere (searched through spam inbox, deleted messages and no communications from them at all). Their reply was on the 12th of September sharing that the stickers will be sent out but still no sign of a dispatch note. If you’re reading this review please check out Petit Fernand instead, they don’t over promise on delivery times or ignore orders! Wish i’d used them in the first place instead.

Great service from Julie and the team. My son's new school name tags went missing in the post but Julie ordered more tags to be delivered really quickly, in time for school.

I've used Easy2Name products for quite some time now. The small name labels have stood the test of time, being put through the washing machine and tumble dryer and still hanging on after a good three years.

But I wanted to mention the excellent customer service I received regarding a query over a water bottle. Unfortunately, the hinge on my youngest daughter's water bottle wore away, meaning it no longer shut properly (our eldest has the same bottle, we've never had an issue with that one).

I reached out to Easy2Name and quickly received a helpful reply from Julie. She resolved the issue straight away and kindly arranged for a replacement lid to be sent free of charge.

Thanks so much for your help today, Julie. Really appreciate it!

I have just received my order for my child. This is my child's first school so I haven't used labels before.
Love how you can personalised the colours and animals etc. The shoe stickers are fab to help children with getting them ion the right feet.
I can't comment on longevity as I've only just used them! But they are easy to use and seem well fixed on.
My original order never arrived (royal mail not the company) I contacted the company who replied fast and on a bank holiday which I did not expect. A new order was dispatched fast and with fast delivery at no cost to try and get them to me in time for my child starting school. Really appreciated.
Excellent service and product.
Thank you.

Misleading product.
Only works on thin garment label, which is pointless as they can be easily cut out when the school jumper/cardigan/coat goes missing.

The Website pictures show the buttons can go through a towel or edge of a light garment. The buttons cannot go through the label sowen in a school cardigan.

I bought iron in labels and also the stick on waterproof labels for my daughter’s clothing and items she was taking on an overseas expedition. The iron in labels came off after 2 hand washes in cool water and the waterproof labels, although staying stuck, had been badly printed at the very top of the label so the lettering was too high up and partly missing on the top edge. Poor quality for the price
