Generated sales, but account terminated and commissions left unresolved
I’m writing this review to share my experience as an affiliate working with East Perry, in the hope that the company will address the situation fairly and transparently.
I invested my own time, effort, and advertising budget to promote East Perry products and generate traffic and potential sales. I created content, ran ads, and actively worked to bring value to the brand.
However, during the process, my affiliate account was flagged and eventually terminated. I was asked to provide detailed information about my traffic sources, marketing methods, and social media accounts — which I fully did. I cooperated and shared everything requested.
Despite this, my account was not reinstated. One of the key reasons given was that my content involved AI tools and that I was unable to attend a Zoom call. I explained my situation and offered to answer all questions via email, but this was not accepted.
What concerns me the most is that there has been no clear resolution regarding the commissions generated from my efforts. I have asked for a transparent review and payout of any valid commissions, but have not yet received a clear answer.
From my perspective, this experience has been:
Time-consuming
Lacking clear communication
Lacking transparency in handling affiliate contributions
I understand that companies have the right to choose who they work with. However, I believe that any valid results generated by affiliates should be handled fairly and professionally.
I hope East Perry can review this situation again and provide a clear and fair resolution regarding outstanding commissions.
