We were happy with the product we received even though one was damaged in transit. The issue was managed quickly and the help was first rate.

I made a purchase from Early Settler online.
I decided I should try and cancel it because I’d spent too much money online.
Early Settler were very gracious about and cancelled the order for me.

Bev gave a prompt reply to email inquiry. Resolved the issue I had effortlessly. Great to deal with.

We purchased an outdoor table from Early Settler and admittedly all dealings leading to the purchase were great.

However the first table when they delivered and assembled it they cracked it - so we had to arrange a replacement.

The replacement finally arrived and 14 days later without the table being used we noticed a hairline crack had developed.

On speaking to the help via their website the person was unhelpful and spoke to me in an accusatory tone.

Would avoid in future

I recently purchased four pieces of furniture from Early Settler and I’m extremely happy with the whole experience.

The furniture is excellent quality, solid, heavy, beautifully made and you can really feel the quality of the timber. I especially appreciate that the pieces arrive already assembled, with only simple things like attaching the legs required. All the necessary hardware, tools and instructions are neatly packed together in a separate bag, which is a great little detail.

Delivery was quick and smooth, and the delivery guys were very friendly and helpful.

A special thank you to Sales Manager Neelima, who was incredibly helpful with her advice and went out of her way to assist us throughout the purchase. We really appreciated it.

Considering the quality of the furniture, I also think the prices are very reasonable and offer excellent value for money.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with everything I purchased. Great quality, great service, fast delivery and fair prices. Keep doing what you’re doing, Early Settler, I’ll definitely be shopping with you again!

What a pleasure to deal with Early Settlers furniture. I had a problem ordering a particular item online and after contacting them, well the service I received as second to none. Sam made my experience great.
I paid the full amount instead of pay pal pay in 4.
Sam put the refund through and stated possibly 2 to 5 days.
Money was back in my Bank Account in a matter of minutes.
Sam was friendly and approachable and nothing was too much trouble.

I received a trevatine bowl that was smashed. I received a response from Early Settler within 13 hours and the replacement was shipped within two days. Very friendly and helpful. Customer service 10/10.

Store layout and presentation is excellent. The range of product offerings is attractive and appealing. This along with very competitive pricing makes for a very positive customer experience.
The sales person we worked with was very helpful, experienced and knowledgeable and maintained contact over a period of time without applying any direct sales pressure. We were very pleased with the purchases we made. We would certainly recommend and we will be back.

I couldn’t be more disappointed
I ordered a coffee table after seeing it in store. I made the trip to actually go and check one out before spending $600. Waited a month.
Picked ours up and the finishing was horrible. It was rushed, you could see the sanding circles on the top. There were sharp edges, splintery bits and all sorts.
I got in touch with their customer service the next day and they offered me a partial refund, which I was ok with. But it’s taken over a month and still no refund…. Just ‘it’s been followed up with accounts’
I asked if I can return it which has just been ignored. It’s not worth the money paid or the time spent. Even with a partial refund (which I still don’t have) it’s not worth it
Please be cautious ordering from them, what you see on the shop floor isn’t what you get delivered.
And good luck putting it right.
I’ve given 2 stars as the store staff are lovely and the customer service team are responsive, I’m sure this isn’t on them but rather on crappy management.
Disappointing.

I had a bit of a hitch with my online order. It was resolved very quickly and professionally. Very impressed.

I had an issue with my order ( my fault) and Jhonel sorted the issue promptly.

My experience with Early Settler, Robina, has been amazing. The product I ordered had a long-ish lead time but arrived as per the schedule. I can honestly say that the team, in particular Bec and Sandra, were incredibly professional and pleasant to work with. I can't speak more highly of my experience with this store and the team. I wouldn't hesitate to shop with Early Settler again.

Ordering was easy as was following up an item that was not packed with my order. The team at Early Settler Furniture went above and beyond to assist me and in tracking and shipping the item to me. Thank you team for making this purchase and query a good shopping experience.

The beautiful lamp that I ordered unfortunately arrived very broken! Sam - from Early Settler took charge of the situation - and just a week or so ago I received my lamp - complete this time!

My order took 3 months to arrive in Adelaide with supply issues.
Finally arrived but wrong item sent so needed to get a refund.
One star for the quick refund and one star for the communication in regards to supply delays.
