Très déçu, jai acheter un percing avec des petits strass et en 4 semaines j'en ai perdu 2 sur 3...
Jai essayer de voir avec eux car cela est un probleme de produit. Ils n'ont rien voulu entendre car javais acheter sur veepee et non sur leurs sites... Le SAV est horrible et les produits pas au top.
Je déconseille fortement.

Si queréis tirar el dinero comprar aquí, en menos de 3 meses están todos los pendientes para tirar, negros, ni baño de oro ni plata, la plata se puede limpiar, esto no se limpia porque no lo es, una pasta para tirar a la basura por no decir la alergia dan al ser material malo no pésimo

J’ai commandé une paire de boucles d’oreilles le 12 décembre 2025. La commande n’arrivant pas, j’ai relancé la marque à plusieurs reprises. À chaque fois, j’ai reçu des réponses vagues, sans réel suivi ni solution concrète.

Presque un mois plus tard, on m’informe finalement que ma commande aurait été envoyée par erreur en Australie. Depuis cette annonce, aucune réexpédition ne m’a été proposée, pas plus qu’un remboursement.

À ce jour, je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande ni de nouvelle sérieuse du service client.
Une gestion très peu professionnelle et un manque total de considération pour le client. Je ne recommande absolument pas et me pose même la question de l’arnaque ??

J'ai passé une commande et après 3 semaines d'attente je n'ai rien reçu, incapable de me dire ou se trouve mon colis soit disant en transit. J'ai demandé le remboursement et plus aucune réponse. Une belle arnaque !

Acheté sur Veepee, comme toujours. Par contre cette fois ci très déçue, les perles collées sur les boucles ce sont décollées dans les jours qui suivent, j’ai du jeter la moitié des boucles que j’ai reçu dans la semaine ! Il y en avait même une était tordue et qui ne se fermait pas

Dans l'ensemble plutôt satisfaite des produits. Le bijou Riya (modèle "veste d'oreille") est juste magnifique !
Ainsi que le modèle Calendula rose, vraiment superbe ! Par contre un peu déçue du modèle Laurier en or rose car je trouve qu'il n'est pas fidèle aux photos, je trouve que les petits diamants en zircone ne sont pas aussi lumineux et colorés, on dirait qu'ils sont tous de la même couleur, c'est dommage car je les avais commandé pour le côté coloré justement...
A part ça, j'espère qu'ils tiendront dans le temps, je reviendrais donné mon avis dans quelques mois

Fan de piercing, j'ai décidé de me lancer et ai passé commande sur veepee.
Colis reçu avec certains bijoux tordus.
Bijoux très fragiles et légers, qui quand j'ai voulu les redresser, se sont d'emblée cassés....
les bijoux étaient pourtant très jolis...suis déçue de cette expérience avec earcandy

AVAOID AT ALL COSTS.

They took our money and stopped contacting us a couple of weeks before our wedding. We were told a DJ might turn up and we were sent a random number and told only after threatening legal action. The number was for a random DJ who we had no idea what their music was like or even if they were affiliated with the company. The ‘booking agent’ regular posts on DJ groups looking for DJ’s days before events and offering odd amounts of money. Stay away from them and SIGNATURE MUSIC PRODUCTION which is the new company that’s been set up.

These are tiny, which can be good or bad based on your needs. But these are no joke. They way outperformed some Sony STUFF that was 4 times as expensive.

Appalling. Do not use these or Signature Music Productions.

1. Earcandy have gone into liquidation
2. They are fobbing people off saying the acts are still contracted to perform
3. The acts aren’t responding
4. Earcandy didn’t pay any acts despite taking deposits and payments so we’ve all lost our money and no secured performer
5. Earcandy have now had the audacity to set up a new company called Signature Music Production and are listing the same acts on the site, yet for hugely inflated prices.

Earcandy were terrible to contact on a good day. Now this has happened. They’ve taken us all for mugs and run off with our payments to then start up a brand new company.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

EarCandy have gone bust but sent correspondence to say we still have a booking - our act isn't responding to us.

As part of my payment was to K&B solutions so I will try & claim back that money as they haven't gone into liquidation.

The company has gone bust & set up in a new name - Signature Music Productions. Make sure you steer clear of this company & I hope the bands / acts know better than to work with them again.

We have not heard from you or the act owner for our booking on the 29th April 2023. The booking is for Motown gold, at the least can someone please provide us with their details so we can contact them directly! Our reference is 131361627, my surname is mannion.

We have Motown Gold booked for 2nd September 2023. We have tried to contact you via 3 different email addresses but they all bounce back. This is extremely worrying, please can you advise an alternative contact email AND number ASAP so we can discuss further. We need reassuring that we still have you book for our wedding. Thank you

We have this group booked for our wedding this year we have e mailed the new e mail address and it doesn’t send so what the hell is going on we have 3 different e mail address that we have sent to and no respond they seam quick enough to respond on here but not wen u send e mail looks like they have taken peoples money and u will not get the goods on the day I have just checked on company house and the day this company went in to liquidation they opened a new company under a different address

We booked a band through EarCandy in early 2022 for our Wedding in summer 2023.
We were told that they had gone into administration at the end of last year but that our booking would go ahead.
Since then we have tried to contact Ear Candy numerous times without a response.
There have given us no confidence that it is going to go ahead especially as they are advertising the band with their new company Signature Music for double the price.
P.s. Ear Candy, if you do reply to this post, please just reply to our email rather than telling us to email again

I've recently found out that ear candy has gone into administration back in Oct 2022 from reading this on trustpilot. I'd meet several attempts to contact a candy but no reply. Eventually I did get a reply confirming that they had gone bus. Just point in considering we've got our wedding this summer and we've had this booking since 2021. It's on professional. If a company is going into administration, the first thing you'd think they'd expect them to do is contact their customers to let them know about this, but they obviously didn't. We will be cancelling our booking and not paying a single penny more to Earcandy or any vendors just on principle.

DJ Damo did an excellent job DJing at our wedding. We wanted a hip hop & R&B party. Everything from Dre to Drake and be delivered. Everyone was up dancing all night, was an absolute blast! Thank you so much. Andrew & Michelle

We’d booked a DJ via Ear Candy over a year ago for our wedding taking place in one month. After paying a substantial deposit, we were assigned a DJ, were given his name and details. A few days ago, a random man contacted us saying he was our DJ from a non Ear Candy email. We tried getting hold of Ear Candy using the email they’d previously contacted us - the email is not in service. We have no idea what has happened with the company, whether this new DJ was hired by Ear Candy or not. No instructions to pay the final invoice so we can only assume our deposit is lost. We are now a month before our wedding and panicking about whether we have a legit DJ and whether we have the funds to hire another. Am stressing and feeling hugely overwhelmed

Ear Candy played for us at Moor Hall Golf Club, and the music was amazing!
Highly recommended band.
