Hi,
Sorry about that we will take your suggestion in consideration, but we would like to inform you that our focus now is on maintaining worldwide channels first and make high quality service according to the requirements of our clients in Europe, Canada and USA, and as time goes by we will add those channels, yet only if they are available, stable, and with good quality wich is one of our priorities cause we don't want to overload the servers!!!
"quality over quantity"

Emails sent to support unanswered!
This IPTV service is one of the best in content that I have ever seen. The EPG needs work, as it's slow to update & I have asked support about it. Support doesn't like answering emails. Support has said, they update the EPG 1 time per week. This is unacceptable to me as a reseller. It should be updated daily. If the EPG don't work right by not populating the content on the channels my customers will not be Happy.
The channels at peak streaming times in the USA buffer, loop, or freeze. The IPTV system needs more bandwidth probably because when users stress the servers they tend to start the lagging, looping & freezing.
This Trex IPTV could be the best in the world with some time to correct that EPG, & servers bandwidth. I would like to become a reseller if things change in a positive way forward.
