Je suis client Dynamite depuis 1999….C’est toujours plaisant de magasiner à la Boutique Dynamite du Carrefour Rimouski. Qualité de service impeccable. Je fais toujours de très bonne affaires…Qualité Prix. Je vais retourner encore. Merci Beaucoup

The Regina store location associates are always extremely unfriendly- the last 3x that I have been to the store, I have had 2 different sales associates at the till. Unpleasant, rude and difficult to deal with. Not sure if it is just these 2 ladies personalities, or if they were having a bad day- but it does make shopping there very pleasant.

Les employées étaient très gentilles, j’ai trouvé plusieurs morceaux qui me plaisaient et j’ai eu un très bon service au cabine d’essayage grâce aux employées qui m’ont aidé à trouver des grandeurs et styles qui me convenaient davantage. J’ai commandé en ligne les grandeurs qu’il me manquait et cela s’est fait très facilement.

Beautiful clothing! Everything fits perfectly and I’ve been receiving compliments on my outfits daily! I love supporting this Canadian brand.

Excellent service , beaucoup de choix ! Les délais pour obtenir notre cadeau à notre anniversaire ne sont pas assez long , j’ai perdu le miens parce que j’étais en vacances à ce moment là 🙄deux semaines pour réclamer c’est pas assez ! Frustré un peu 👿merci !

I liked the old store version way better. The lighting in the dressing room as a dark yellow is a no-no, it isn’t flattering to anybody at all and doesn’t make the colors of the clothes pop on you. Also one of the lady at the dressing room was super extra rude. But rest of the staff was nice. Also the sizing is getting a bit out of hands. I used to be a S/M if I wanted an oversized or not fitted look, now I need XXS/XS and I’m definitely not an XXS person.

J’ai été bien accueillie en boutique et le service a été courtois et sympathique. Toutefois, j’ai ressenti une certaine pression pour acheter, même si cela a été fait avec gentillesse. Comme cliente, j’apprécie davantage quand je peux magasiner à mon rythme et poser mes questions sans me sentir poussée. Un accompagnement plus discret tout en restant disponible rendrait l’expérience encore plus agréable.

The overall experience was positive. The employee who helped me was great and the store looks really great! My only complaint is that there wasn't a lot of stock. There were a lot of missing sizes for various items I was looking at and there was such a better variety online. A lot of "online exclusives" which made shopping for an event in-store more difficult.

Not one SA acknowledged when when I walked into the sitter when there was a greeter/SA. It was very obvious that u was looking for certain items and I had to wait for about 1 min while two other SAs were talking about a subject that wasn’t related to work. Although, after I asked for help, the SA was very helpful and I loved the product after trying it on.

During checkout , the was not friendly at all and it showed in her facial expression. The only thing that I appreciated was her asking if I wanted to use my $5 coupon as a discount. No smile and no thank you . She seemed very annoyed and unhappy to be working and if this is the case, hire another person who would appreciate the job and want to earn extra income as the person should not be in the service industry. But I was extremely turned off with my instore experience on August 21st as I would have received a better experience in the mall one level about at Zara’s.

Bonjour, j'ai commander chez vous le 29 juillet dernier. Le transporteur n'a jamais livrer mon colis, donc je ne l'ai jamais reçu. Il n'a pas été volé puisque j'étais à la maison toute la journée. Sur la signature de réception du colis, le mot ''Recinving'' est signé. Ce n'est certainement pas moi ou quelque d'autre qui a signer cela. Probablement le livreur. J'ai contacter la compagnie de transport qui sont présentement en enquête. J'ai appeler chez vous lundi pour essayer d'avoir un remboursement, mais sans vain. C'est 220$ dans les oubliette. Surtout pour une étudiante comme moi. Je comprend que c'est la politique, mais peut-être que contacter la compagnie de transport dans ces situation pourrait être le minimum afin qui vous explique la situation.

Always a great experience shopping with Dynamite. My fitted coat is just as seen on the website and fits like a glove! Sale price was a huge bonus.

We ordered a bunch of stuff online, there was an issue with all but 2 of the 6 items. It seems to me that they are selling factory seconds at full price (online anyway). We contacted customer care but they sent a 30 second email that said sorry but did not address a single issue in my full page email. They did offer us 600 points, whatever that means. No notification of order received, shipped or anything for a few days after the order. This company does not deserve our business, were shopping elsewhere next time.

I was sent the skirt with the security tag on it, and had to go in to the store to have them remove it. I should have just shopped at the store I stead.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The store was very dusty and I ended up coughing and couldn’t stop. When I left, my air passages cleared and I felt better. I think it would help to have a professional cleaner wipe everything down/dust every once in a while.
