Great service, great product.
The team at the end of the phone were excellent. They had my van details on file so I was able to order a topper and fitted sheet quickly. It arrived quickly and the custom fit was good.
We've now used both for a two week trip in our motorhome, and the comfort and sleep quality was on a par with our fairly expensive mattress at home. Top marks Duvalay

Perfect campervan/ motorhome bedding.
We've been using duvalay sleeping bags for a couple of years and wanted to change the duvas tog to 4.5 and purchase a new colour scheme for the covers. We phoned as I wasn't sure how to select the right product online. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and took my order over the phone explaining various delivery options. The items arrived on time and are very happy with the purchase.

Happy with product and service
We bought 4 freshtec mattress toppers with zipped sheet for our caravan. It really is worth it. Perfectly comfortable sleep now. I ordered over the phone as they were bespoke size and I found the website very confusing . They were made and despatched super fast. I noticed there had been an error in sizing on dispatch email and they cancelled delivery and made and dispatched correct order immediately which was such a relief. Zipper sheet worth it too as rolls up as complete unit for storage

Problem with zip on storage bag. 5 star customer services.
I had a problem with the zip on my Duvalay bag and rang the office. Very upbeat lady spoke to me and was very sorry I’d had a problem. She asked if I could send a photo of the fault and she would arrange a new bag to be sent to me free of charge. Photo sent and new bag on its way as promised.
To date I have bought 5 Duvalay toppers for my camper van. The latest is the fresh one to keep you cool. As a lady of a certain age I can say quite simply if works!!!
I rate the products and their customer services highly.

I have been looking for a new pillow…
I have been looking for a new pillow for quite a while and I was watching a video of Touring with the Marshalls who had just bought some for their caravan and then you came up on another video of your stand at the caravan show at the NEC and I was impressed and so I decided to buy on and I am so happy with it. Plus you are only about 12 miles away and I like to support local business. Keep up the good work I think you are doing a great job and I wish I was still caravaning as I would definitely be getting more things from you.

I like the quality of the fabric however the elastic is not tight enough and so both the protective cover and fitted sheet do not stay in place.
