Terribly managed company and poorly designed test. They didn't think that sticking a shiny paper onto their collection vials makes it near impossible to write on it. They expect users to include name, collection time and date when it is impossible to write on the area. You'd think by now they would've solved this problem and make things easier and more doable for their customers. Will not be a returning customer.

The lab works directly with practitioners so you cant buy a test directly from the company. My low review is due to the hidden costs not disclosed at the time of purchase more specifically the custom duty as it is classed as a product that needs to be disclosed to customs even though it's a medical test, when sending the test kit back to the US from UK. The more expensive the test the higher the tax you pay. I had to pay for the test, shipping cost to me, back to seller, insure the kit as its expensive, and stamp duty & other taxes. Apparently this has nothing to do with the seller but the buyer which is fair. But it should be a potential cost that's disclosed at time of purchase for all their test kits from practitioners. In hindsight for me personally had I been told I would need to pay duty on the medical test that's not a necessity as it was just a test I was exploring on the side, i would not have purchased the product regardless of benefits. Also when purchasing any commercial products over a certain value of in UK as low as 30 pounds, let alone medical tests, free shipping is provided from seller and back, and not included in price of items as may be the suggestion here.

Found this test very helpful. Sent the results to my doctor and we used along with other tests to treat perimenopause.

very negative experience , noted there is nowhere to write a review through DUTCH website. Test sent off mid April, returned to me with 4 separate errors in my personal details, told the person that runs the test does the personal info copying to reassure me, which I was told later is inaccurate. Customer service representative I was very patient with, was told my results would be re run as multiple errors. Told wouldn't go to back of queue but this took 4/5 weeks then re-run report not even sent to me only the amended details report, only sent to me (non encrypted) after pointed out by myself. told wold be sent to my dr too, not done. In total about 7/8 separate errors made by different DUTCH staff over this time, I don't understand how this is possible with one test result. makes you think what happens with the technicians in the lab as their quality control department is clearly a waste of time. I also pointed out their reference table at the back of the report has different reference ranges in comparison to the reference range in the main report, this also apparently went through the quality control department. how are the lab staff supervised ? how do we know any of the results are accurate at this point. really disappointed for a £476 test

One of the problematic things about the Dutch test is that there are no actual reviews online - just website hype, ads, and social media heresay. Regretfully, this first review is negative.

After plunking down $500 for the test, the results I got were ridiculous. Levels were basically at the 5th percentile indicating a host of mood, body, and autoimmune problems that I don't have. Crosschecking with serum tests (by relative percentile, not values) also showed this. The results were just wrong; I suspect the issue was I had hydrated too much, which is possible since there's no way to squeeze out 5 samples on only two cups of water in a day. But the Dutch customer service refused to discuss and insisted I pay another $300-400 to speak with a Dutch approved doctor. Multiple attempts to discuss were shut down.

Did you know that most endocrinologists think this test is unreliable? That's what I discovered as I looked for an unaffiliated, unbiased doctor to speak with. Anyway, no refund, no results, and $500 in the red. The good news is now you know and my partner thankfully didn't get another order for themselves too.
