I have purchased the hair serum

I have purchased the hair serum as I have thinning hair... Trouble is , though it may seem to work.... there is no norm to compare it against.... I find that they are a little inflexible with the cost. I am a long standing customer but discounts are rare as hens teeth

Hair mask 5/5!!!!

I've been using the Dushi Hair Mask for a few weeks now, and it's quickly become a staple in my hair care routine. The texture is rich and creamy, making it easy to apply, and it rinses out without leaving any residue. My hair feels noticeably softer, more hydrated, and easier to manage after each use. ☺️

Dushi Anti-Grey Serum

The serum does seem to work, but for the price, the instructions could be much clearer.

The only guidance provided is “apply to scalp,” which leaves many questions for those of us with hair. Should it be rubbed in once, massaged for a few minutes, or left alone?

For a product marketed as “Australian Made,” it’s unrealistic to expect customers to figure out how to use it on their own.

There are no videos, no salon endorsements, and no practical demos available. If dental manufacturers can provide timers with toothbrushes, surely a hair product company can provide a proper usage guide. Genes may play a role in greying, but that should never be used as an excuse for unclear instructions.

At $65+ for just 50ml, is used in ~3 weeks, and used continuously for 6 months.

For that cost, the company should provide:
• Scientifically proven results on real people.
• Clear details on application, how much, though you cannot control the amount that comes out.
• Demonstrations or at least a video tutorial.
• Support from professionals (e.g., hairdressers).
Even TAFE hairdressers, this product isn’t mentioned. Why? If it’s effective, where is the professional endorsement?
In short: The serum may work, but the company is far too slack with instructions.

the explanation below is vague and doesn’t actually clarify how to use the product.

The one-line instruction provided seems more suited to someone with a bald head than those with a full head of hair. It’s patronizing to suggest customers simply “read the label” instead of being transparent about how the product is meant to perform.

Why aren’t your stockists or hairdressers interested in showing customers how to apply the product ?
Not everyone has a bald head — and most certainly, no one wants one.
For such an expensive product, the company should be more explicit and genuine in its instructions, rather than expecting customers to figure out how to use it themselves.

actually I've purchased many times, and one container only lasts 2-3 weeks. Often is applied twice daily.

Your explanation is inadequate.
Be sensible, is not like we can pull our hair off, plaster on the serum, then replace hair. The hair seems to absorb it.

You are only reciting the same words, which shows you do not believe in your product, and you do not respect the customer.
Why are you not keen to show how it works instead you sit back wanting us to show you. Some say you are scamming (?)

For those with scant hair, 101, easy to apply.
Tell us; those with fine hair, some are growing full grey.
If you are so believing in your product, and tested it before going to market:
then what is the period of time for people where some strands are growing full grey to reverse to original colour?
Why is it some days it seems to work better, then another day; it seems to wash out?

Come on you should have scientific tests on the effect on hair strands, on living people?

The full instructions are on both the product packaging and the product page, and for easy reference here they are:

“Dushi Anti-Grey Serum should be applied directly to the scalp once per day, every day. It can be used on either dry or towel-dried hair after a shower. For best results, apply before bedtime and leave in overnight. Can also be used on male facial hair. CAUTION: If in eyes wash out immediately with water.”

A quick tip based on your questions:

Massage the serum into the scalp with your fingertips; it absorbs and evaporates shortly after, so there’s no need for complicated steps.
