Purchased Microsoft Office 2021 for 20$ and They gave me an iso file and cdkey that only will work on this iso file. Scammers no online activation and cant use the key if i format my computer.

I purchased the Netflix card they sent me code imminently but the code is not working, on Netflix it says invalid code. and i am trying to contact their live cusotmer service and it is giving me error Currently, all our operators are interested in our other customers. You will be directed to one of our operators as soon as possible. Please wait.
they are Scammers.

i buy a game and never get cd key. 2 month passed and all my emails were ignored. do not buy!!!

I made several purchases on Durmaplay. I have bought many gift cards. Then one day I topped up my balance using Bitpay with Btc currency. 500 Lt (60 $).

Nothing has ever come to me. The balance was reloaded but they took my money. I have contacted support, many many times. First they took their time saying they were waiting for the 6 blockchain confirmations. Then after 10 days they no longer replied. I also contacted Bitpay and they replied that the transaction was completed.
After almost a month and many and many emails still nothing. $ 60 given to these scammers!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I was regular customer of durmaplay. Everything was good untill one day i bought a 100tl netflix gift card. I received the card immediately as always but the card was invalid. I report this on durmaplay but no reply. Also i report this on netflix helpline they said card is invalid or not active by the seller.
I try to contact them by facebook , instagram , twitter but no response. It is now more than 50 days still no response.
If they are legit they can reply at least.finally they reply me and give me a new card. Thanks.

I was a little uneasy at first (esp. after reading the reviews down under) but everything worked perfectly fine. I purchased a Netflix gift card and got my code by email a few minutes later. The code is OK, it works perfectly!
I'm not sure why the shop (?) was calling me after that tho.

I purchased Assasins Creed Valhalla trusting the avalaible date, 10th of november. Now is 13th and i didn't get any code or download, even when the purchased product tells "The product will be delivered one or several days before release.". I contacted support, they say they still waiting for the codes from the company... obscure. Asking for a refund, they dont't allow it until 30 days have passed, so useless.

I was trying to buy a game which said it had Tr, Eu, Global. But i got steam wallet codes instead and when i asked about the problem they said the game could only be activated on Tr accounts. I feel quite scammed not only do i not gain the money back into my bank im stuck with them in steam wallet. Atleast i got something out of it...

Purchased a 100 TL Netflix Card. I got the code by email immediately, but the code could not be activated following the instructions. I reported the error. The answer was "activate like this" but there was nothing more - no guidance!
So - the customer service is quite bad! There is no other guidance to contact their customer service.
UPDATE: I found an email addres to durmaPlay, and after 10 minutes the problem was solved!

Purchased 100 TL Netflix gift card on 26/09/2020 and still waiting for the product. I think I got scammed. Waiting for the product. Please solve the issue immediately.
Finally I got it after 16 hours. Thanks for the service.
