I decided to visit Duration's showroom with some clients. Ken's extensive knowledge of their products is truly impressive. Ken communicates effectively, ensuring clarity and understanding, which greatly enhances the customer experience. My clients were incredibly impressed with the exceptional service provided, a testament to Ken’s dedication and expertise. He is a huge asset to Duration and I hope they realise what they have.

Ken Mortimer has been brilliant demonstrating a 2 pane Bifold to our customers today. Customers came away very clear with what they want

Thank you Ken

Recently the Room Divider keep that the latch mechanism fits into broke ( after 8 years of use) . Its still available and Elise put 3 in the post to me. Thanks again Elise.

Elise has been so helpful and thorough in helping us to ensure we get the measurements and specifications right for a replacement window unit. She has been quick to respond to any queries and kept us well informed.

I was helped through the order process and although I had a few steps to complete it was made clear what I needed to do and I was kept updated throughout.

Coral, was extremally helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Great service!

Ken is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we have a seamless process from end ro end. He is never too busy for guidance or to answer questions . We always use duration because of his impeccable customer service

I contacted them to mention an issue I was having with the bifold doors. Lucy was excellent, she booked an appointment straight away to look at it, and was given updates on the day of the appointment.
It's now fixed. Very smooth experience!

Out of the blue the transit door handle in our almost thirteen year old bifold windows decided to give up the ghost.
I called Lucy, whom I'd had some contact with in the past, to see if there was any chance of them still being available. Thankfully they had a set in stock and they are winging there way to me by DPD Special Delivery, here tomorrow. Well done and thanks Lucy.

Ken delivered outstanding sales services, with prompt replies and very good help with getting the right measurements!

Ken was helpful from first contact through to completion answering various questions I had for him. He has a brilliant level of product knowledge and was able to help clarify any points instantly.

Many thanks for helping me with this order.

Have sourced heritage windows from Duration for several phases for our house over a number of years. Required some more recently and received the usual first class service from Charlie at the quote stage. Prompt and professional.

Where can i start?

Excellent quality bi-folds. Really friendly and helpful customer service. Responded quickly when we had a small issue with a wire (general wear and tear, not product issue), and helped to resolve it.

Very helpful customer service from Ken at Duration.

Great customer service. We called into the showroom to view their bifold doors. Ken was great and explained all the options available to us. He was very knowledgeable about each door and showed us how they all worked, we just need to decide what we want which isn't easy with all the different options available.
