I got some large-ish, 25x38cm prints of resaonably good quality images printed out, and I was really impressed with both the quality and the value. Qucik, efficient service, too

Excellent Quality
I order a 12x8 print of a picture as a gift. I've had a few copies made of this image over the years and quality has varied - it's a good sized image and suitable for enlargements, but printers don't always produce the expected result.
I am extremely pleased with the product from DS Colour Labs.
The print is beautiful, colours exactly as hoped, details very clear - the whole thing is high quality.
Dispatch was fast - ordered Tuesday and in my hands by Thursday.
My print was on Fine Art FB Gold Silk and I will definitely be coming back for some more prints when I've sorted out all my files.
A great company with very reasonable prices - especially considering the high quality.

Fantasic Prints + Great Price
Fantasic quality prints at a great price. Quick turnaround and most importanly the best customer service I have ever received.
DPD weren't the up to much but after speaking to Andy everything was quickly and painlessly resovled.
No umm'ing and ahh'ing, no extra costs. It just got sorted and in record time. Such a breath of fresh air to be dealing with actual human beings and not be treated like a number.
Good eggs all round.

Great colour and print quality but trimming not as required
Positives: the colour and print quality was excellent, and the speed of delivery was 24 hours (with 1st class shipping).
Negatives: the trimming was not accurate. I required a tiny white border and this was trimmed away on three sides. Perhaps my expectations were too high in which case some wording to explain the limits of the trimming should be included on the project page.
That said, I would use the company again, but would be more mindful of borders/trimming restrictions.

High quality prints, fast and well priced
Very good quality prints, this was mostly a test order of a few subjects and different formats/paper types, the Maxima print quality is phenomenal with both day and night-time shots, you pay a premium for it but I can see why.
The standard glossy prints are still excellent however. and more affordable for bigger quantities. The import tool is decent although I'd appreciate a more visual method of choosing paper format and maybe some bordering settings. Only took 2 working days to ship
