I recently visited Dr. Rasha’s clinic for the first time and had an absolutely amazing experience! The clinic itself is stunning, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. I was treated by Nurse Kat and Angelica for Softwave and XERF both of them were thoroughly fabulous—so warm, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The results have been amazing I highly recommend Dr. Rasha Clinic and all the team.

I was seen by Dr Miriam who was very professional, explained the treatment clearly, and talked me through the aftercare so I knew exactly what to do. I had such a wonderful experience with my XERF treatment at Dr.Rasha Clinic. I was a little nervous at first, but from the moment I entered the clinic every single person took really good care of me, from those who greeted me all the way to doctor Sara, who treated me. She was so lovely and immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed, took the time to explain everything and made sure I was happy and comfortable throughout the treatment.

I really appreciated how personal and caring the whole experience was. I never felt rushed or like just another patient — I genuinely felt listened to and looked after.

I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend doctor Sara to anyone considering XERF.

Very disappointing experience, especially considering the prices. I felt heavily pressured into additional treatments and upgrades, with prices significantly higher than I’d originally been quoted. I was also charged for a consultation I hadn’t booked or requested, and given little preparation or aftercare guidance. Unfortunately, my treatments have also made little to no noticeable difference, which was disappointing.

The clinic looks impressive and polished on the surface, but I found the overall experience surprisingly lacking in warmth, transparency and professionalism. Despite the expensive, glamorous presentation, the experience itself felt quite cheap and commercial rather than tasteful or genuinely high-end. I can unfortunately understand many of the negative reviews I’ve seen both here and on Google.

One real positive was Chloe, who was genuinely kind and went out of her way to help me get the consultation fee refunded. That kindness partially made up for the experience, and I really appreciated her help. It’s a shame, but I wouldn’t return or recommend the clinic.

Had Dr Sara to have the xerf treatment. She was so considered in her work. I saw results instantly so looking forward to seeing the outcome in a few weeks.

I had a great experience with Dr Sara, for lip filler after having had some previous disappointing treatments elsewhere. I had a wonderful experience at Dr Rashas I had a lovely hydra facial followed by a consultantion with the lovely Dr Sara. The staff were all so polite and helpful and listened to what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely be returning.

I love coming to Dr rasha clinic, it’s one of the greatest clinics with kindest team. I love entering the building and being greeted by the FOH staff Elena and Rawa, they are so wonderful and welcoming !doctor sara is an incredible injector she made my face feel 10 years younger and her assistant gulnaz is so sweet and kind, she was so helpful with explaining the skin care that was prescribed to me, I can’t wait to come back again

Dr Sara was absolutely great, she answered all my questions and gave me more information than I had thought of. She made me feel very easy and relaxed for someone who has never had any treatments. I am very pleased with my treatments. I couldn’t be happier.

The team at reception and admin have been very helpful as well. They respond very quickly and are really helpful. I flew in from abroad and they accommodated me every step of the way and made me feel very comfortable during the treatments. Thank you Dr Sara for everything, thank you to Dr Rawa for the treatment I had with you and Dr Rasha for the follow up review.

Dr Rasha made me feel so comfortable. She did not over sell to me. She really looked at my face and encouraged me to go for the most appropriate treatment. I knew I was in good hands.
