The soda was flat and off color. I have been contacting them for over two months. They promised me that they will compensate me.
First they were going to give me coupons for something worthless to me. Then they claimed they will send me coupons via email. They didn't open. Then they claimed they would snail mail me coupons. They never showed up.
I think for such a large company they are being cheap wads.

Every time I buy 24 or 36 packs of Dr.Pepper this past year I have to pour out at least 4 to 8 Dr.Pepper's. I have been drinking Dr.Pepper all my life and I'm going to change so I don't get flat sodas all the time. I have complained before but to no regards Dr.Pepper doesn't do anything.

its a very pricey drink for people looking for something affordable compared to some competitors and I would rather buy something more affordable

Ich habe ja schon viel erlebt, ein Glas was bricht weil man etwas im Gefrierfach vergessen hat aber eine EXPLOSION? Der gesamte obere Deckel ist weggeflogen (war aus Versehen über Nacht drin)... ehrlich gesagt brauchte ich ein paar Sekunden bevor ich geglaubt habe was ich nach dem Öffnen gesehen habe...

I won't be drinking dr.pepper after 5 years of doing so

Tonight I bought Coca-Cola it taste just fine..unlike the dr pepper I bought a week ago I cant take a chance any longer not knowing if the dr pepper i purchase is good...this isn't the first time I've had bad dr.pepper

Love the drink itself, but the plastic rings that hold the bottled 6-packs together are worthless. The drinks will simply fall out of the holder. You guys have gone cheap.

I have been drinking diet Dr. Pepper for many years. It's five stars or i wouldn't use it. However the last 12 pack of 16.9 oz I got at Wal Mart taste like cherry. Maybe they put the wrong label in the bottles. It may also have sugar in it, I'm not sure. This has been my one and only problem in 40 years. I hope DP never lets this happen again, I hate cherry.

I was the biggest fan of Dr Pepper. Sadly, last week, I purchased a can of the cherry rush limited edition, drank half of it, emptied the rest of the can from the liquid to throw it away (it wasn’t as tasty as the normal Dr Pepper), and as I was about to throw it, I sensed it was still quite heavy for an empty can. I shook it and it was obvious something was in the can, but not liquid. I turned it upside down to try and have a look at what is inside, and I saw a tissue-like thingy in it! Needless to say how disgusted I was, and I had diarrhea for 2 days. The can is still with me and still not wide open as I was trying to reach out to the consumer care dpt, which after a week from the email correspondence and providing them with images and details, they simply sent a letter to say that most probably this is mould that happened in poor storage conditions which they have nothing to do with as they have no control over the storage conditions buyers (shops) store their purchased goods in. I will be sharing a video soon on social media, opening the can and finding out what is really in there. Thank you Dr Pepper, you made me realize how poor and useless your consumer care dpt actually is, and I propose you remove the word ‘care’ from it because you obviously don’t care.

I just got a 12 pack of the Dr Pepper & cream soda. It was very sweet I was impressed with the flavor. It had the perfect mix of the two. Maybe if they came out with an orange creamsicle they would turn a couple more heads of the consumer to the product.

i personally this drink is so mustard mixed with beans it makes me excited every time i see and drink it makes my experience 10 x times better every time i have it. it sends a shockwave down my throat with a sensation i can feel everyday

I do not eat sugar and was looking forward to trying Dr Pepper's new zero sugar, blackberry soda. That was a huge mistake, it tasted like cough syrup. I don't understand how that can taste terrible when diet Dr Pepper taste wonderful I had bought a 12 pack from Walmart and I took it back and got my money back. They need to take a queue from monster zero sugar drinks those are fantastic and there's no yucky after taste like there is with this zero sugar blackberry Dr Pepper to say I was disappointed as an understatement.

I've been a Dr Pepper fan for years. Just tried the Dr Pepper Blackberry. It is fabulous! I hope this will be a permanent addition to your line. I have to admit when I first noticed it in the store I thought "this will either be terrible or it will be great." Happy to report it is great. Thank you.
