SG906 MAX aka BEAST 3
thought I would give Dronscend a try as the prices seemed very fair to other sites..was a bit sceptical but it turned out all good so I would purchase again...
Now the Drone I bought was the SG906 MAX aka Beast 3 on sale good price.
Compare to a DJI. MINI SE it's larger 2xheavier..
Everything about the beast 3 is good. It flies well and stable easy to set up..range seemed ok and video works as it should..
Have not tested some features yet but I will say if you fly this in built up area leave the obstacle avoidance module off as it can be a pain...in a field and new to flying leave it on...Don't expect camera to be as good as DJI Drones as it is not but overall for the price it's worth buying as a 1st.
In UK any unmanned flying aircraft that has a camera regardless of weight you must register with the CAA before flying and obide by the drone rules...this is my understanding as of 2022/2023 and probably most important overlook as rules are changing..
Overall a worthy beginners drone

Great product, poor delivery service
Drone is really good. Got it to work with the camera straight away but only worked with iPhone not iPad. Quite sturdy, been whacked off the ground a few times and is still working. Only negative was the delivery service, DPD are shocking. Got an email saying getting delivered Thursday before 11am. Waited in all day then got a message in the evening saying getting delivered on Friday. The drones were birthday presents that came a day too late!

I ordered a drone for my sons birthday, only to find that 2 days later it was cancelled with no explanation.
I emailed to find out why and maybe see if there was an alternative only to then receive no reply.
Thinking then the site must be a scam I did some research only to find this review site which as a whole, pointed towards a very good service, many of which saying how good their drones were with quick delivery, and to those who were not so happy apologies from the staff highlighting how important customer service is to them.
So, I thought I would give it another go in trying to make contact. Another email sent, both privately and via their contact page on the website and via Facebook.
Nothing heard again.
It seems this website is either not active or they don’t have time to answer people. Either way, my advice is steer clear.
Very disappointed and still trying to find a drone for my son!

As a result, we will usually cancel any order that is deemed to be high risk and reject the payment. If we indeed cancelled your order, an email would have been sent explaining the aforementioned and that a refund was on the way. Due to security, we cannot divulge any more information than this.
We are glad to hear that a refund has been issued back to the payment method you used at checkout. Our website is ACTIVE and we are very much in business. We appreciate all our genuine customers and value them dearly. Therefore, this is where our resources are spent.

Hooked on flying by Dronescend
I came across dronescend after buying a cheap and the worst drone ever from an internet ad. I liked their honest no nonsense approach with a good description and specification of the ZLL SG960 MAX1. Also their review of the drone, telling you what to expect for the price range, its good and not so good features.
I also watched a number of recommended U Tube videos explaining the features and flying modes etc.
I slowly got to know the drone and found the beginner mode which limits the height and distance really helpful. So, I was really impressed with the Drone itself and the quick delivery and packaging from Dronescend.
Very confident in their company.

lie, you lie. I didn't say I didn't use it. I have proof of everything. as a company selling drones, you should know that you can check if its fly ..you only asked if the box was open or not .. I said it was open .. the drone has a slight scratch, one no more .. and so the wings broke after the fall .. I did everything right according to your return policy and you don't follow it. why am I treated differently? why not only I have a problem with you and why do you on keeping the drone And want a lot od money for storage and shipping? are you helping clients? I have contacted your other clients and they say something else
I repeat again .. I gave the order number. why was my third comment remove?? you are scamers and you do not want to speak to me .. I gave you everything I send proof and order number ..do not lie .. Yes i buy The drone And i dont have money And drone ..Do you remove every one like that? because you do not want to talk to me, I report you to Citizens Advice and the Money Advice Service.. ORDER #DR2136 beware of this store, they are scammers. they lie. have a return policy but do not respect it. worst shop ever . almost zero contact. they do not want to return the money or they do not want to return the drone because they expect high price to be stored. I have contacted other people who have been stole money by this shop and they also have problems and cannot get their money back. I warn you, they sell faulty drones.

Even though we will always go the extra mile for our customers, we do not tolerate false claims that misrepresent our business.
You purchased this item and opted to return the item within our 60 days return policy. You claimed that the item was unused and you had unseal the box. We agreed that you could send the item back to us. Upon receipt of your item, there were multiple scratches on the drone and propellers. When we queried you about this, you then confirmed that you had used the drone. The drone was damaged as a result of a crash during one of your flight. This means that you tried to return an item that was damaged whilst in your possession - very naughty of you! As a retailer, our return policy is that unused items can be returned to us within 60 days of purchase.
Please note that as a Drone Pilot, you are responsible for effectively and safely piloting your drone. We cannot be held responsible for crashing your drone during one of your flights. Whilst we offer one of the best return policies in the industry, we do not offer drone insurance nor does our policy cover accidental damages. This is the reason why your claim was rejected. Your bank also agreed with our decision after you filed a false claim against our business. We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied with our service and we will miss you.
We do not have the ability to remove Trustpilot reviews, hence why your false claim against our business still appears online!
