My name is Ronnie when I say this was the SORRIEST experience ever with buying a car. I will never go to another drive time the agents are money hungry and don’t explain, NOTHING. Just quickly try to take your money make things sound good then have you looking crazy. I returned my car, why would I pay 40 thousand for a 17,999 car? The financing is TERRIBLE as well as the agents working there.

Great customer service
So first I want to say if it wasn't for Jan, (the guy at the fro t desk I would have not bought a car at drive time because I made an appointment to get a truck that was being purchased at the time he prompted me to look at the other trucks which I did and decided to go home he offered to see if another location had the truck I wanted and in the meantime the guy that was going to buy the truck I wanted was not able to buy it and since I was still there I was able to buy my truck the paper work was done within an hour this is buy far the best experience I had had buying a vehicle!!!
