Garbage Credit, Still Approved.
These folks did the impossible: they were able to secure me financing on a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta SW, with my credit in the high 5's. Alivia Manore, the young woman who assisted me, worked with me thru the whole experience. She worked up 3 separate options, and helped me to choose the one that best fit my budget. Alivia was also extremely thorough during the vehicle inspection, and pleasant the entire time. No pressure to buy, but eager to sell. Not an easy line to walk, but she handled herself spectacularly. Would buy from her again. Great experience, all around.

I AM SOOOO PLEASED AND HAPPY. BEAUTIFUL YOUNG LADY THAT MADE SURE I WAS COMPLETELY TAKEN CARE OF. I ACTUALLY BROKE DOWN IN TEARS BECAUSE OF THE COMPASSION, AND INTEGRITY THAT I WAS APPROACHED WITH. Horrible
17 days after I bought the car I had to take ot to the shop. Turns out it needs a new engine it's now been almost 2 months. The repair is under warranty however I'm still "required" to make the payments even though I don't have a car go get back and forth to work. Worst car buying experience ever!

Best experience ever!
My salesman was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, patient, kind, and extremely likeable. When problems arose he was unfazed, handled each situation perfectly, and best of all, kept the process moving along. (I was in a time sensitive situation). My experience was quite literally the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car and I will sing DriveTime's praises forever! Truly!

Bought a 2016 Ford Edge from Toledo location, within a week transmission was shuddering, bearings in front tires started going out, shock in back was broken. When I took it in to repair shop they said everything had been given a “quick fix” which hid issues. Now without a car while waiting for warranty repair to be approved!! Be sure to check EVERYTHING out carefully.

AMAZING!!
This is my second time going through DriveTime and everybody is so pleasant and helpful :) I would definitely recommend getting a vehicle through them as they do everything in their power to get you in a vehicle the same day you come in!
