Great people, DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY!
Great people to work with. My only complaint is that I was sold a vehicle warranty and told it was bumper to bumper when it is actually an 'Inclusive' warranty that is basically USELESS! I need work done now and had to cancel my warranty contract to get the money back because they don't cover crap. IT IS NOT BUMPER TO BUMPER...IT IS A CRAP WARRANTY! $3950 and it is crap!

5 star location for sure. The team was super helpful and make sure everything was in order and ready to go for me. Great teamwork and support among staff. The team worked after hours so I could drive off the lot with my vehicle today!!!

I am a returning customer with drive…
I am a returning customer with drive time I went to drive time on May 22nd 2023 to purchase a car I use my car as a trailer I was assisted by Robert Kirk as well as the sister general manager Malik McElroy... I knew there was a problem with the paperwork to transfer my plate to the new car I was buying..both employee Malik and Robert could not get the numbers to match up on the paperwork for transferring my plate to the new car Malik strip the screws to take my plate off of my old car so it can be transferred to my new car so I was forced by his actions to get a new plate as of now I still do not have a plate in my plate expires in 48 hours so I went into the dealership again the question my plate more paperwork have to be filled out I was referred to John Green the area manager that handle all Michigan stores I will not go to this place I would avoid Malik and Robert at all costs they both is inadequate so I'm paying my car note an car insurance bt soon will have a dead temporary plate...

Robert Kirk was amazing
Robert Kirk was amazing. We had hoops to jump through and it took hours to get through everything but he kept his cool and was very patient. I highly recommend seeing Mr. Kirk if your looking for a new car!

Purchase the vehicle Oct 28,2022 as…
Purchase the vehicle Oct 28,2022 as doing the inspection my headlight went out.. Had to bring the vehicle back for tem to fix Monday. Let alone they only wanted to fill the tank half way.. Had to replace the brakes and rotors on the front end because the rotors was warped... And then to find out after having the vehicle for a week there was no oil in it. The vehicle only had 29,000 miles but there was no major check before selling the vehicle.

We understand that mechanical concerns are never ideal. It's important to keep in mind that all our vehicles are pre-owned and inspected before placing them on our lots. While they go through an inspection, we are unable to predict when future repairs may be needed. For this reason, we provide a Limited Warranty (LW) for mechanical failures within the first 30-days/1,500-miles. We also have an optional Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) to assist in most situations there-after.
In addition to these coverages, we offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP), which allows our customers the opportunity to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. If they are not pleased with their vehicle, they can bring it back within the first 5-business days (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays).
