Worst experience ever!!
Worst experience ever!!! They sold me a lemon, the customer service people were clueless, and the real down payment was a lie. After putting $1800 down my car is having engine and transmission problems, and I have to be inconvenienced further and pay for a rental car upfront. THIS IS ABSURD!

I sincerely apologize you are experiencing mechanical concerns with your vehicle in addition to the frustration with the rental.
Please know that all our pre-owned vehicles are inspected prior to the sale in an effort to prevent situations like these. While they undergo an initial inspection in order to ensure that it meets our quality standard, there are instances in which mechanical malfunctions may occur post-sale. To alleviate the potential impact on our customers, each of our vehicles includes the initial 30-day/1,500-mile Limited Warranty, as well as the Vehicle Service Contract that we offer as an optional add-on. The coverages we offer include Rental Reimbursement for every 8 hours of labor at a daily rate of up to $30/day up to $300 per breakdown on Covered Components.
That being said, we want to apologize once more for any inconvenience this situation had caused. If you have any questions regarding warranty coverage, please contact our warranty partner, SilverRock, at 877-584-3848.

Simple
I applied online for my terms arrived filled out the paperwork and there was no hidden fees no bait and switch it was all upfront and simple and too the point.
