There is NO WAY I'll ever enter into the Roundrock TX location Again, their bias about who THEY can fiance there overly priced vehicles. I'll drive and extra hour out to get EQual Quality Service in Temple TX!!!!

Danielle helped me from the moment I entered. She didn’t beat around the bush with anything and let me know my options for coverages. She was so very sweet and made my experience feel personalized and not robotic. I was in and hour in less than two hours which sounds like nothing when buying a car. The process was so easy. I came from out of town so they made sure to prepare me with the things I needed before driving all that way. I 100% would recommend Danielle to any and everyone. This was the best customer service experience I have ever received.

Purchased a vehicle in Round Rock not even a month already been at the service twice they won’t let me exchange vehicle I feel like I was sold a vehicle with problems not only that first vehicle purchased where they didn’t wash and fill up the tank I left there with a empty tank and dirty vehicle no one will help me not even customer relations they basically said I’m stuck with it so frustrated !!!!

Drive time made it very simple and easy and comfortable to purchase an automobile. I got mine yesterday. It’s very nice. I got a Chevrolet Malibu 2016. The young man it helped made it very easy and smooth and I will tell my friends that are looking for cars how easy and smooth it is to get an Levine From timeline, thank you all

I have never experienced service this well at a dealership. The people were very kind and understanding. No need to ask many questions because everything was explained well. The wait time wasn't long at all. I was very pleased 😊

I went to Drive Time with no expectations, but just to look around because I knew the time was coming that I would NEED a new car. After looking through the lot on my own (which I prefer) I went in and was immediately greeted by Colby. We sat down and I gave him the honest truth about my credit (very poor, mid 500), what I had for down payment, my terms, etc. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. I didn't end up getting anything that day, but about a month later I went back in with intent to buy. As soon as I walked in, he recognized me and greeted me as though we were friends! We talked for a bit and then got down to business because I knew what I wanted. He made the buying process super simple by breaking down each page and telling me what it was saying in regular words instead of legal mumbojumbo. When it was all said and done I was out of there in under 2 hours! The fastest car buying process I have EVER had! He was amazing and I will recommend him and the Round Rock location to everyone looking for a car, ESPECIALLY if you have bad credit and only a little to put down. Thanks Colby!
