I’m a first time buyer and they gave me…

I’m a first time buyer and they gave me a car with many problems only 3 days in and I wasn’t informed about the return policy.More days I drive this car many more problems and that’s not a great experience for my very first car.

I started having a problem with the car…

I started having a problem with the car yesterday and now today the check engine light is on now I have to figure out what’s going on with the car

Jarrison made it easy and fast

Jarrison made it easy and fast time getting me into a new car. I was worried about getting a new car after bad experiences with previous car lots, but Jarrison made me feel calm and did an excellent job in explaining everything.

Experienced Staff Were Helpful

Tyler, Steven, Marcel, & Quinton were very helpful. They walked me through the process very patiently. The location has a lot to choose from that are good cars. It would be better if you could look at more than 3 cars at a time, but I do get it that usually the first car you choose is the one that sets the standard of what you want & will typically buy (I bought my 2nd test drive though :-). Overall I would recommend as long as you deal with the more experienced agents.
