Purchased a vehicle from the Myrtle…
Purchased a vehicle from the Myrtle Beach dealership on May 28. The vehicle needed an air condenser put on within a month. And 2 months later the engine went out. Please don't let them waste your time. They are rigging up these cars for quick sales. Do not be Fooled. Shop elsewhere!! They are scammers!

DONT BUY A CAR FROM DRIVETIME! THEY SOLD MY DAUGHTER A CAR WITH A BENT FRAME!!! SHE ASKED FOR HER MONEY BACK (18,000) & THEY REFUSED BECAUSE SHE DIDNT BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. TIME TO GET AN ATTORNEY.

Jarrod made the experience of purchasing the car seamless and easy. The only thing I didn't appreciate was when I arrived home and reviewed all the paperwork I was charged $695 for the LoJack app. I wasn't told there was a charge when he said to download it and I wasn't given an option. I also wasn't given an option on gap coverage and I had added it on my car insurance where it was cheaper than what I was charged.

Do not purchase from This company
This place is a joke. They sold me a 2017 equinox in September of 2025 claimed it was inspected within 2 weeks I had to the breaks replaced and they only paid for 1/2 of it then now my engine is having issues and possibly is beyond saving and they refused to help in anyway because I didn’t purchase they’re overpriced extended warranty this company does not care for their customers all they care about is making a buck I do not recommend this terrible excuse for a dealership to anyone they will sell you cars that barley work and claim they’ve replaced everything to be in working order. STAY AWAY

The service was great, staff very friendly and professional and helpful. Made the whole experience very pleasant smooth. It really blew my mind how smooth and easy everything went. And the car really exceeded my expectations. I truly wish I knew about drive time years ago. I will tell everyone about drive time. You all keep up the great work.
