Andrea was outstanding. I came in not knowing what I was looking for. She was very patient while I test drove many different vehicles. She explained everything to me and was able to answer all my questions. She even helped me with my phone when I couldn’t figure some things out. A+

I bought my first car back in 2019 with Drivetime. I had no issues with that car and was close to paying it off in full. I got a text message from Drivetime inviting me back to the shop to see if I can get a good deal if I traded in my car. I decided to make an appt and I met with Joanna and she was extremely nice and helpful. I was able to get into a better vehicle with less miles and even got a better deal than my last vehicle!! All in all, I do not regret being a Drivetime customer and I will recommend others here.

Be careful because they will try to trick you on the amount if you don’t really understand what’s going on. They rape you in interest fees!if you don’t have a huge down payment expect to buy a 16 thousand dollar car for 48 thousand. In the end !

Again they gave us a new ride three days later, we had some concerns, went back they fix it for us not only that we turn up late but they stay late to solve our problems then we were back on the road very happy with the outcome and also the get to go home too, Terrell Riddick you the best when it comes to customer service

The process of getting approved was very easy. I was able to look at several different vehicles. The one I chose ended up needing a battery and the rear view mirror replaced. I had hoped the process would have been quick, but I ended up being there for 6 hours. And the rear view mirror was never fully installed as well as the wrong bracket being mounted to the windshield. So now I have to go back to have the correct bracket installed so I can have a rear view mirror.

The customer service and they told me one thing and kept to it no up sale or sorry this or that hands down easy experience all around .....

Vehicle discription stated keyless entry. No key fob was available. Key fob should be given even now.

Our experience at DriveTime was wonderful. Dylan explained the process to us on the phone and stayed true to his explanation when we visited the dealership. The purchasing experience was seamless. We were not rushed at all. Thank you Dylan for being professional and going through each detail of the sale.
Did I mention that Dylan also has fabulous hair!!!!

My sales rep was excellent. Basically the whole sales team was good. But be prepared to detail tha interior your own vehicle. They will wash the exterior for you. That was my only problem.
