Overall everything was very transparent start to finish and our sales person was great. I just wish they did vehicle delivery. We drove over three hours to pick ours up.

Great staff!
Austin from Independence DriveTime was super helpful and patient with our first car buying process! We're incredibly happy with our purchase and they did a great job going over everything with us prior to putting a downpayment.

The service was excellent
The service was excellent. There was no pressure (unlike the dealership where I bought a used car last year) and everything was very clear. I'm hoping the car has no issues and I continue to be a very satisfied customer.

A highly recommend saleswoman
My husband and I were looking at car, we told Kathleen Whitney our situation, she stayed pass closing to make sure we were able to get into a car we could drive off the lot with that night. My husband is a truck driver, wouldn't be home in the next few days, so she made sure there was a car we could take home .l like my Ford Escape very much. Would highly recommend someone to talk to Kathleen for their next car.
