Just completed the 1 day OLAT training with Jackie. Excellent session, with lots of information and support for both Transport Managers, Drivers and Directors. Jackie was extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. Lots of links and documents provided which cover all aspects of training and compliance. Thanks

Great to get a refresh after 20 years of driving - instructor was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I came away with a better understanding of the Highway Code and hints and tips on driving safely

I completed a Transport Manager CPC course with course instructor Jackie recently and she was very well informed, kept the delivery light but thorough and made herself available during and after sessions for feedback and / or questions. Overall a really good experience.

I have just completed the 2 day TM refresher course. Jackie is very knowledgeable in the subject matter. I came away having enhanced knowledge and tips to bring in to my operation.

I have just sat the 2 day Transport Manager HGV Refresher. The course was led by Jackie Gee who is a fountain of knowledge. The course content was great, was delivered at a good pace and she got everyone involved and plenty of real world examples and best practice ideas shared which was invaluable.
Having a trainer like Jackie who actually does the job gave us all the opportunity to check our knowledge on real world scenarios
I would highly recommend the course to anyone who requires a refresher

I completed a CPC Transport Manager course in April-May 2025. The tutor, Dave, was superb, very knowledgeable and made the learning experience enjoyable rather than a chore. The daily spot quiz was a revelation to me and kept you on your toes throughout especially for me as a novice to the subject matter. The communication with Driver Hire throughout the course was exemplary and Isabel was always on call if you needed and support. I would 100% recommend Driver Hire for this course and I'm sure their other courses are just as well presented.

The way the module was delivered shows that how well it’s was prepared.
The way it was delivered clear and concise and how he got everyone to interact.
Felt comfortable about answering questions and asking.

The cpc course was fun the teacher was thorough and made it clear

I am sorry that Google does not have a -5 star review because that is what this company deserves! After they take the money you are completly ignored!!!! I had some set dates which we agreed upon and when I arrived for my training none of the instructors were aware that I was starting that day (by the way, the instructors are absolutely amazing! Special tahks to Darren for having patience with me!)! Called the office and the usual "Oh, we are so sorry for the inconvenience caused, we`ll get back to you straight away!" obviusly nobody called, all communication was via e-mail. Bear in mind that me and a couple of friends we want to start a haulage business and the time factor is a key issue - we`ve paid for 2 of us on the 19th of February 2025 and due to their mistakes I had my exam on 29/05/2025 - no charge for them if they delay you, this is a one way street!! I am saying this, because my friend failed the first driving test and nobody told him that he can still attend the MOD4 exam therefore he was not there to take the test. Now after this happened they want another £400 to re-book my friend`s MOD4 (If they failed to inform him that he can attend without passing the driving test, I might be biased because he is my friend but I still think that he should be recheduled for free as this is their error). Should I invoice Driver Hire for the delays in my training which had an impact on our business(?), or the "Oh we are so sorry for the inconvenience!" covers that? When a customer makes a mistake - he has to pay, when the company makes a mistake - it is what it is...... And the reply Driver HIre had to one of the bad reviewa with "we are an established business for so XX many years...", yes you might be but you have definetely lost your values and forgot that the customers pay your wages and you should take more care of them, as probably happened in the past when this company was founded! I am really looking forward to a reply!!!!

P.S.: Just want to highlight again that the instructors are brilliant and have nothing to do with the office staff! That`s where the issues are, behind the keyboard!

The course was brilliant and dave the instructor was so good at what he does, he really helped me come on and improve my knowledge of transport industry, he was very approachable also which made it such a good course

Outstanding customer service, knowledgeable and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Immediate response with any questions.
Quality of the instruction process outstanding, again instructors and examiners helpful and friendly.
Although stressful for me going through it, I cannot fault anything about the process, from start to finish. Would definitely recomend. Thankyou
