Jackie was absolutely brilliant on the OLAT course. She made what could have been a long day on Zoom feel easy, engaging, and enjoyable. The session was packed full of great knowledge and practical information, all delivered clearly and with a great sense of enthusiasm. Jackie kept everyone involved and I came away feeling confident and well-informed, I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I took a 2 day Transport Manager CPC Refresher course. I thought it was going to be two days of boredom but it wasn't at all. It was well delivered by Jackie Gee who was able to keep it interesting and answer any questions anyone had.

A really good experience from the simple format to booking on to the course and the emails were very clear about how to join the course. The trainer Jackie, had a very good knowledge of the subject and the course flowed at a good rate, with time taken throughout to allow people to join in and share knowledge or ask questions. Very enjoyable.

Easy to follow course, great content, great course tutor

As with all walks of life some people are better than others. I experienced 1 great course instructor and 1 not so great.
I did have other issues when I signed up with driver hire about not getting emails that I was promised but once I phoned them everything was sorted out immediately. Overall it was a very positive experience and it should be a 5 star review except for the one not so good instructor.

FYI the course that i just took on the date that will be listed was the best. I am taking 5 courses inside 1 week.

Jackie was a great instructor. Very friendly, open approach with loads of information that apply to real world situations. A really worthwhile course.

I wasn't particularly looking forward to sitting through a two day TM refresher. However, Jackie was super knowledgeable and made the course semi enjoyable. I learn't loads over the two days and would definitely recommend it!
