Excellent product and fast response when I had a query on fitting. Totally my fault but well handled by Matt and the mats fit perfectly in my Freelander 2. Can recommend the rubber mats - great.

The website was easy to understand and the product was easy to order. However. The really excellent service came when I realised, on opening and then starting to assemble the product (roof bars), that I have ordered totally the wrong thing.

Assuming I had just thrown away £100, I was delighted when the company quickly came up with a practical solution to return the product, after receiving an alternative and reading the packaging.

Prompt service and what looks like a good product (though I haven’t used it yet)

Quick delivery and product exactly as described.
Much better value than buying from dealership

Ordered the Modula 470L Roof box and what a beauty it is. Perfect size for my Peugeot 5008. Was worried it may a bit to big once I measured it but it fits perfectly. Extremely easy to put on to the roof bars much better and quicker than the usual U clamps. Delivery was a couple of days and very efficient with the drivers phoning beforehand to confirm. Overall experience im very very happy 😊 thank you so much DriveDen will definitely recommend to friends and family

Having discovered the cost of original Honda boot liners for my CR-V, I decided to investigate a range of less expensive alternatives. Those sold by DriveDen received generally positive reviews and I was persuaded to go ahead and order one.

Ordering and delivery were both straightforward and the boot liner arrived within the promised timeframe (2-3 days).

When the liner arrived it was rolled up and well packed. After unpacking it I unrolled it and left it for a few hours to flatten out on the floor in the hallway before putting it in my car. It fits quite well although part of one edge still doesn't lie quite flat where it abuts the wheel arch. Nevertheless it should do the job and protect the boot mat from spills etc.!

Again another great product and brilliant customer service. Ordered the rubber mats for my 24 plate Enyaq. Fit perfectly and they are hard wearing and really good quality. They were a third of the price compared to the manufacturer’s version. I have the boot tray to match too.

Fits well and delivered on time. The rubber wasn’t quite the quality I expected but it was ok.

Simple and straightforward ordering process with helpful tool for car compatibility check for roof bars. Dispatch and delivery quick and hassle free.

Great boot mat for the price. Good quality and very reasonably priced. Quick delivery too.

Fantastic! So good I’ve already recommended your products to someone else.
The mats and boot liner were a perfect fit and even though the 10% off for buying the two together didn’t work, I’m not fussed because the items are really good quality and the delivery was very quick.

Excellent Customer Service – Thank You, Matt!

I recently had an issue with a set of roof bars I purchased, and while these things do happen from time to time, the way my complaint was handled by Matt turned a negative experience into a very positive one.

From the start, Matt was understanding, empathetic, and genuinely keen to resolve the situation quickly and fairly. He communicated clearly, offered a practical solution straight away, and made the entire process simple and stress-free.

What really stood out was his customer-first approach. Mistakes and product issues can happen, but it’s how you deal with them that really matters, and Matt handled everything perfectly. He turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one that has actually strengthened my confidence in the company.

Thank you, Matt, for the outstanding service.

Delivery was easily trackable and was delivered by their partner courier right on time. Packaging was in good condition. Good assembly guide and can be done by one person. The Cycle carrier looks good and is versatile in that it is collapsible for easy storage. Easy to use clamps and securing straps. Holds my e-bikes well. Very happy with it.

Excellent service, good price and prompt despatch.
