We had an incredible experience working with DrinkableGifts (especially with our contact David!). Customer service was wonderful with addressing our initial questions and request for information, and once we placed our order and were assigned a designated contact to help us through the ordering and tracking process we were beyond impressed with the level of timely response, attention to detail, and support we received. We held a virtual social activity with our Board of Directors and staff following a board meeting and wanted to send out wine to all attendees. We have an international board, so international shipping is always a factor in what we do, but we were able to circumvent international shipping challenges through DrinkableGifts and their service was timely, accurate, and easy to navigate. I have recommended DrinkableGifts to our company and to many others- great company and fantastic service!

Excellent, but very expensive! We wanted to send our son who lives in Switzerland a bottle of champagne to celebrate his paying off his student loan and this system was very easy to use and delivery flawless. By sourcing the gift within the target country all sorts of customs and import regs are avoided. Recommended!

They're just magnificent! Upon entering their site i was helped for hours on end to complete a bulk order for Christmas wine, given all the information I needed and every question I had was answered.

Good overall experience with 2 deliveries, my brother from Paris sent me the pictures and my girlfriend in Thailand unpacked the gift when we were on Skype. The timing of arrival could not be more perfect.
