I recommend this business for their Customer Service, they've always been good.
Unfortunately this time, the item I ordered was out of stock, an alternative was offered, which I agreed to, but another item was shipped in error. These things happen from time to time. What is important is that I was kept updated and the error was explained honestly and immediately. We tried to work it out but I ran out of time, a refund was given no quibble. Great customer service and I will give them a go again. Based on all my experiences, I recommend this business.

We sent numerous emails and even a Private Message about the T5 Lamps, the T5 tubes are no longer available and have been replaced with LED alternatives.
To use the LED tubes, you will need to replace the ballast in your unit. We are happy to provide these LED tubes, but please note that a ballast change will be necessary for them to operate correctly.
You have received the rest of your order, and we’ve already processed a refund for the T5 tubes Straight Away Due to no Response
Please let us know if you have any questions or if there’s anything else we can assist with. We’re here to help ensure a smooth transition.

The firm was a bit slow replying to my order; BUT that was because they were searching their trade contacts to fulfil my request. So, although the answer was 'no', that helped me both find what I wanted elsewhere on line (just!), but also to plan for my future equipment. THanks!
