I ordered last wk , very quick delivery excellent value for money . Will definitely be ordering again. I ordered a size 18 and fit perfectly

Ordered for the first time last weekend whilst i was late night online shopping as us women do haha. Received email confirmation straight away and delivery/shopping information the next day. Delivery was quick. I was really pleased with the duster jacket I bought. The quality was great and worth the money. I would buy from here again.

Amazing service , received my item which had a mark on it , so I sent photos , not long after I received a email saying another as been sent out , very pleased no hassle at all , definitely recommend buying from here 100% , amazing service 👌

Returned an item to be told it never arrived - strange considering i return items often to other sites and have never had an issue! Wont order from here again! To add, customer service is appalling! Let's hope if you order from here you never have an issue because the way you are spoken to as a customer is absolutely disgusting!!

I ordered a jumper from their site and was excited when it came, but as soon as I opened it I could see how massive it was before I even tried it on. After looking at their model and knowing my own size, it was clearly obvious they sent me completely the wrong size. After sending them emails with clear evidence, they still expected me to pay to send it back. They said that once it was sent back, they will inspect it to check they sent me the wrong size (they weren’t educated enough to see it wasn’t from my pictures). I even showed evidence of no size stated on any of the labels. I said I shouldn’t be expected to send it back for THEIR ERROR, but I was reassured that after they’d inspect it, they’d refund me the cost of sending it back. Their attitude was absolutely appalling towards me but I still sent it back just to be able to get my refund. I sent it back and got a refund, but still yet to receive a refund on the cost I paid to send it back for THEIR FAULT.
Don’t waste your money on their cheap products, it isn’t worth it, nor their disgusting customer service skills. STAY AWAY!

Lovely leggings fabric and great customer service🤗

Such wonderful clothes! I ordered a pair of faux leather trousers and they’re amazing! They fit beautifully, are true to size and flatter my shape. They wash brilliantly too, which is a huge bonus for leather look leggings as other brands can sometimes leave detergent marks. A big 5 stars! I’ll be ordering again!

Everything I have purchased has been great quality. Very happy with customer services too who are always very quick to reply. Would definitely recommend.

i had a problem with my delivery, they responded to me within the 24 hours they told me and problem was sorted out brilliantly and there customer service is amazing and helped me straight away with the problem i had, would definitely order from them again as i know that any issue i have will be sorted as soon as possible.

Ordered a pair of gym leggings which were a great price and arrived on time with no issues. On going to wearing the item I noticed it was faulty. I contacted the company who informed me less than 24 hours after I sent my email that they were sending me a new pair. Great customer service from start to finish, will definitely order from them again. Of note I ordered 12-14 size (M) and they are good sized. Could possibly size down
