Recently brought a hot tub from John he was wonderful to deal with helped the whole way to make my choices even follows up after the install highly recommend

We bought our Pluto hot tub with Dave in the Swansea store. The service and installation was excellent from start to finish and we are very happy with the product. Great stuff.

I’ve been after a hot tub for some time and decided dream spas was going to be the place to purchase one from.
Few mates have purchased there tub from them and they highly recommended the company. So there I went. From the moment I stepped in the door to the day it was delivered and set up they have been there everyday with advice or to answer any questions.

Jeff at the Bristol brach helped me from day one to help me get the right tub and even after it’s been installed he’s there to help out

After care is key and these guys at dream spas goes up and beyond for there customers

Our hot purchase went very smoothly from start to finish Laura was very helpful and informative and have no regrets at all with our purchase of our Wellis hot tub from Dream Spas the fitting of our hot tub went very smoothly and the guys were great nothing to much trouble, the guys explained every thing about the chemicals and is easier than what I thought ,we have been in there every night great relaxation no regrets thanks guys

we bought a spa from here in April what an amazing experience...dave and Michelle were brilliant talking to us bout the different ones and advising us on which best suited us..was delivered earlier than expected which was fab..instalation guys were quick n very professional...after care is amazing always there to answer any questions or help with anything. would definitely recommend this company

We were meet by John Taylor who was very helpful and honest about the different kinds of tubs.
I came in with an idea and he went above and beyond. He explained everything with the tub and what was on it and how they worked

We have just purchased a Wellis Jupiter hot tub from Laura at Dream Spas in Cardiff.

From our first visit Laura was amazing, no pressure put on us at all and fully explained everything to us from different options to care and running of the tub.

We went back a couple of times and shopped around in other local hot tub stores but by far Laura offered the best customer care and full package deal as well as a quality hot tub.

Due to where we were having the hot tub located in the garden we required a full size crane to deliver but again this was all fully organised by Laura and the Dream Spa team.

It took roughly 2-3 weeks from purchasing for our delivery which was great, gave us enough time to organise the space in preparation and to get an electrician to run the electrics for us.

Our delivery and installation was organised by Charlotte who was brilliant, keeping us up to date with the delivery slot, organising the dream spa installation team and crane services. Always at the end of the phone if we needed to know anything or change times etc. Even gave us a call after the installation to check how everything went. Top work!

The delivery team were absolutely amazing Phil & Dale were outstanding from start to finish, an absolute credit to the company. They fully explained everything to us about the up keep of the tub, easy ways to keep on to of the testing etc, and left us confident on maintains the tub. They gave us a 15 minute explanation of the the chemicals and went through any care policies we could add if we needed to. Very knowledgable, very polite and went above and beyond, double checking we were happy with everything and removing all packaging for us.

All in all a great service and great product and on our door step which is even better.

Superb experience from the first moment we entered the showroom, to the hot tub getting delivered. Laura was really helpful and friendly at point of sale. And the 3 lads that delivered the tub were also very friendly.
Would highly recommend using dreamspas and will use them in the future should we need another upgrade.

This is a review of your actual costs 8f your thinking of purchasing a hot tub.
I bought a saturn 5 person tub from here and had it installed last September.
On purchase I was told by the sales assistant it would cost no more than a pound a day to run depending on usage.
Well this is completely untrue, The saturn costs me £4.50 a day to keep warm at 38 degrees.
If I use it for around 40 mins it costs around a pound, so that's £5.50 a day.
Don't be mislead by the magnificent sales team, because as soon as its installed your on your own.

Bought 4 hot tubs here. I restock all my chemicals with Dreamspas and the service is always excellent

We are a week into enjoying our Malaga Standard and have not regretted the purchase one bit.

Laura in Cardiff was the sales person who had the patience of a saint as we had so many questions. We never felt pressured she was a pleasure to deal with.

The delivery was bang on time and the install went much smoother than I had anticipated considering I needed a crane to lift it over a garage.

The installers explained everything checking it was operating properly as they went along and were very professional throughout.

A follow up phone call was an unexpected touch. Dreamspas just checking we were happy with everything and if there were anything they could help with.

The step up from our Lay Z Spa cannot be underestimated and well worth the big purchase.

Looking forward to plenty of nice dry days and nights and clear sky’s to fully appreciate the benefits of having the tub!

Visited the showroom just for an idea of what was on offer. Spoke with Laura who was very knowledgeable and offered great guidance. No hard selling tactics at all and a pleasure to deal with. Subsequent visits to the show room to get supplies have gone smoothly. Great team and great customer service throughout. Would thoroughly recommend.

So pleased with our new hot tub . Dream Spas at Bristol were so helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased a Wellis Malaga Hot tub which is now sitting on our patio. Ashley and Cameron the installation team were very professional, approachable and polite.
Left the area very neat and clean . Made sure we understood how to maintain it.
Can’t wait to try it out but have to wait 24 hours.
