Big shout out to Richard who was so helpful.His product knowledge was great and he helped us work out the right mattress and frame for our needs and budget with no push salesman techniques.
He was professional and but friendly and managed to get us a great deal.
The bed has now been delivered and is fantastic thank you to the excellent delivery team too.

Lauren who helped us in the shop was an absolute dream. So kind and patient and recognised us straight away when we returned a few days later to place our order. Really explaining everything in detail so we could make an informed decision.

Best place to buy beds

Living alone and a pensioner the prospect of replacing my mattress was a concern. The arrangements Dream provide for delivery to a room of one’s choice and taking one’s old mattress away from that room met my need entirely, and while the men came early (6.45am!) they were very helpful indeed. Oh, and the mattress seems to meet the need as well!

The bed is of great quality and the difference in sleep we are getting is incredible

The lady that served us was very helpful with my son as he as adhd she explained everything to him and helped him to choose the right bed for him

Really happy with this heated throw – it heats up quickly and feels lovely and cosy. It’s been perfect for keeping warm on the sofa and is easy to use. The only small downside is I wish it was just a little bit longer, but overall it works brilliantly and I’d definitely recommend it.

There wasn't the hard sell when we visited the Erdington store. Staff listened to our requirements and allowed us to try several different style of mattresses.
Communication from the team during the process of choosing the right mattress, right through to the delivery team, which was a relief to know within a 30 minute time slot when they would arrive!!
Since then I've enjoyed a better night's sleep!!

First of all: all the staff looked after us n I received the mattress what I needed. The delivery was one week ahead then I expected.
It’s a dream come true. I sleep like a baby:)

Claire, the sales representative was absolutely brilliant. No big sell just seriously good. The delivery guys were great and very helpful telling us what boxes to open 1st. Just a few teething problems with the instructions we wouldn't have put wooden slats and 1st otterman base until all the head hinge bolts are tight

From the moment we entered the store and talked with Lauren everything has gone well. We selected firmness for our tempur mattress after being on the machine for assessing our sleep pattern. Did final purchase over the phone and selected a date for delivery. Paid deposit and then full amount when prompted by email. Good communication throughout. Delivery and timings went perfectly and old mattress taken away. The delivery team were really helpful and quick. The mattress is perfect and giving us good nights sleep. Even though we opted for the firm mattress even though one of us was med/firm assessed we both find this very comfortable. Pillows are a must too. Well done to the team as a whole. Great value

Everything was perfect from beginning to end

Our new mattress is absolutely amazing! For us, it was expensive but it may have been the normal cost for a hybrid mattress nowadays with box springs and memory foam on top. Regardless, we have got what we wanted, which is a lovely, comfortable mattress that will hopefully give us years of great quality sleep. The Dreams staff were really helpful and patient with us. Erdington branch are a credit to the company

We visited the the Erdington store at the beginning of the month and were served by the lovely Lauren. From the moment we stepped into the store, she was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly kind. We explained our budget and what my nan was looking for in a bed. Lauren listened carefully and guided us through the options without ever making us feel pressured or trying to upsell.

My nan can be quite nervous when out and about, but Lauren made her feel completely at ease. Her gentle, respectful approach turned what could have been a stressful experience into a genuinely pleasant one. In the end, nan purchased a bed and mattress — and absolutely loves them!
