Bought in June and just started using in August as was setting up new home. Not pleased with Workshop D divan bed base. One of bed base drawers fell of when I removed the binding. Hesitant to open the others and am trying to contact Dreams Customer Service for advice. The Ashbourne mattress is excellent. Plump and soft, but firm and cool as contains wool. My son is happy with the firmer Frome Mattress.
I am pleased with my reduced price purchase overall but cannot reattaching the drawer front easily.

One star is one too many, the delivery date was locked in by text yesterday and cannot be changed they say…0745-0945 we stripped the bed this morning and moved everything outside ready for the early drop, The delivery window came and went. Not a single way to contact them to chase it up. In the end we rang a branch who contacted the delivery centre and he was told with no reason that it wouldn’t be delivered today, Today is Saturday they have no customer service as they label it until Monday morning. I can’t even cancel my order until then. Worst service ever.

Hollie supported our mattress choice by using the Sleep Match technology and then happily encouraged us to try them all out. She was very patient and helpful.
Katie and Hollie helped us with our financial agreement too with clear explanations. Thanks

Jacob in the Weston super mare branch was superb . Very knowledgeable and helpful and went out his way to explain things clearly he answered all our questions without putting us under any pressure to buy . We will definitely be back soon and would highly recommend the store due to the service we received today

Andrea was a super star. She held the whole department together whilst the new IT system was being a big stressfull problem.
She was polite and courteous with all her customers whilst sorting out the IT Issue.

All staff were incredibly lovely and I found my dream bed!! I felt incredibly supported the whole time and not rushed into making decisions. Thank you especially to Nidhi for being so so lovely and kind towards us!! Thank you all for greeting me and my Dad with warm smiles and never ending comfort!!! The sleep match machine was unlike anything I've done before and I felt so seen for my needs! I will absolutely recommend to a friend to try out this awesome experience if they are looking to buy a bed or mattress!! The colour schemes were so pretty and right up my street! Thank you team!!

Our whole experience was fantastic thanks to Khadeejah at the Stratford Upon Avon store. From the moment we walked in she was engaging, extremely knowledgeable & guided us through the whole process with a fantastic sense of humour. We haven't received customer service like that for a very long time, we would highly recommended her as a consultant to anyone thinking of buying a new bed, mattress or accessories, she is an absolute pleasure to deal with & deserves credit
