Everyone was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable from the start. The process was simple and easy to navigate with the staff. I felt comfortable during the process and it didn't take long at all. A lot faster than I expected. Their communication was always transparent and timely. It was a great experience.

I have been working with DRB Capital for months before finally making the decision to move forward. During that time I never felt pressured or compelled to do anything I didn't want to. DRB reps were always there to assist and help me and not force their agenda on me which was super awesome. Once I decided to move forward and pursue this I worked with Sam directly throughout the entire process from start to getting my money in my bank account. She was amazing every step of the way. I can' enumerate all the ways she was stellar, but suffice it to say I am very impressed and happy with all she was able to do for me. This has been the best and most rewarding decision I have made and DRB was there to facilitate it each step of the way. If you do your part, you have nothing to worry about it will all come to a good happy ending as it did for me.

They did a great job helping me, and making sure I know what i’m doing, and what was happening. William and his team were very helpful!

Brian Cutler was great to work with. I appreciated that he cared and reached out several times to just check in and see how things are going. Made me feel like it wasn’t just about business. Thanks Brian!

Very helpful, friendly, and energetic staff. Sam went out of her way to ensure great and exceptional customer service. Absolutely ask to work with her, if you can. I definitely recommend this Company.

From the start to the finish it was a pretty easy, quick, and good process. Had a few hiccups but nothing that wasn’t handled quickly and accordingly. Highly recommend DRB capital and ask for Shannon Skipper! You won’t be disappointed!

My experience was wonderful I would highly recommend Shannon for anything he made things quick and simple I felt like he was family and is very kind and had the best experience the experience was 10000/10

Seamless process from start to finish. Easy to work with. Shopped around with multiple companies and DRB had the most aggressive offer. Brett was great to work with and expectations on timelines were all as promised or quicker.

They were on top of everything and very caring. Everyone would make sure that I would get the information I needed walked me through everything. I would even help by sending a gift card I would recommend them for so many things because they definitely show that they care and that they want you to succeed anything that you need to get done

DRB and the whole company especially Ken smalls Was wonderful to our family and me the experience was wonderful. They made it possible for us to do things very easy and was always there to help and if we can do it again we will thank y’all DRB and yawls whole company.

Sam at DRB is always a good person to work with she’s super nice, fast, & gets the job done & she follows through she’s also super helpful & makes the experience go smoothly she’s definitely a keeper.

Michael pitts was absolutely outstanding. He was so patient with me through my whole process I will forever be thankful for him!

I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Brain Cutler, actually by sheer coincidence. I was actually calling to update my current address when we began talking. But it was an amazing experience in the end. Right from the beginning Mr. Brain was super helpful, kind, caring, and respectful. Actually by the end he became more like family then a agent helping me. He did everything he said he would quick to answer and respond helped in every single way. Made the entire experience simple and extremely easy for me. I can't say enough about Mr. Brain. A huge thanks to Mr. Brain and the company for everything and you did for me.

DRB is a great company to work with. There was no haggling back and forth. They are very straight forward company which I appreciated. They are exceptionally honest and trustworthy. I worked with Brian Cutler who helped me through every step of the way. He was always easy to get a hold of and was always eager to answer any of my questions. I was in a bad car accident and fell on some hard times which led me to selling my annuity. Brian would not only check in on me to inform me about my annuity sale but also really cared about how my recovery was going and was very genuine. Every phone call started with “how are you?” Or “how are you feeling?” It didn’t feel like it was all business. He is very personable as well as knowledgeable and professional. His boss Michael Pitts helped me as well and was always kind. Both were willing to go the extra mile to explain things to me so I felt more comfortable. Selling an annuity is a big decision. It was great working with a company that was empathetic and strived to make sure I understood every step and process. If you are seeking to sell an annuity or structured settlement I would 1000% recommend Brian Cutler at DRB Capital , you won’t regret it!

They were very attention and prompt at returning calls. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
