I ordered 10 memorial cards on behalf of a friend who lost her son recently. Only to find I had made an error on the text. Even though the cards were at the printing stage a quick email to the company and the situation was rectified. The customer service by Yvonne was second to none. My friend was so pleased with the quality and presentation of the card she asked me to order another 100 . Thank you 😁

Telephones are answered promptly, and issues dealt with at once or referred upwards when (rarely) necessary. We have ready and most-cordial access to the Head of the company when needed.
The sustainment of services through the Covid-19 pandemic has not faltered. Dotty About Accounts has proven steady and thoroughly knowledgeable in dealing with our furlough arrangements; I do not recall a single mistake.
