I'm really happy with Dorset Plumbing, the pressure dropped on my boiler and Scott called in and showed me how to top up the system, so lovely to hear the boiler whirring away again and having heat and hot water, something we take for granted. Also recently my Drayton thermostat broke down, and that was soon replaced with a new one. I was told my boiler is immaculate and will last many more years..good to know.

What can I say other than a wonderful plumbing company, so helpful from the start and reliable, Vince has been particularly helpful and I would recommend Dorset plumbing without a doubt.

Well Im back with another positive review. This time they removed an old gas fire & back boiler and replaced a water inlet tap on my boiler. Very happy with everything, all debris taken away, place left clean, and all for an excellent price. Highly recommend this company.

I contacted Vince at Dorset Plumbing with an unusual problem - my boiler suddenly seemed to be causing interference with my tv reception. The interference corresponded to when the hot water was on, and even though Dorset Plumbing hadn’t come across this problem before, they happily came out, and to my great joy, solved the problem! Ben, the plumber who came was lovely, and quickly determined the fault - a faulty diverter valve, and replaced it straight away. Vince, the owner of the business was great and I am very grateful for his help. Dorset Plumbing were recommended to me by a friend, and I will definitely be passing on the recommendation. Many thanks guys!

Great company, and recommended by a friend which is always a positive thing. I booked them to do a boiler service; their communication was good and friendly (and they sent a reminder for their visit the day before). They arrived on time and did an excellent and thorough job servicing the boiler, were very polite and left the place clean and tidy. Their prices seem extremely reasonable, so with that and their excellent customer service, I will definitely be using them again.

The answer to my review is factually incorrect. I was not shouting the only ones who were foul and abusive were your company representative The system was fully functioning working before the work carried out by your selves
The only one hoodwinked has been myself to believe dealing with a professional company

Dorset plumbing are a absolutely brilliant company. From my first call to them coming and sorting out my house for various different things I needed doing as i had just moved and had been let down by others.
Email and text reminders are sent to you and you can even track when they will be arriving at your house.
I have recommended this company to family and friends.

I have just used Dorset plumbing to service my boiler and must say after using various other companies in the area I am very impressed with the way the professionality. I booked online and received a confirmation email within a few hours, on the morning of the appointment the engineer called me 1 hour before and I also received tracking information. From now on I won’t be using anyone else

Arrived to replace boiler on a long-booked appointment. Late due to traffic but ok. He was not told to bring a condensate pump so went off to get one and never returned. I phoned 2 hrs later and was told he's not coming back - he didn't think you would be happy with our company. She claimed she had given him our numbers and he tried to phone to tell us. Rubbish! No calls were received. I have never experienced such appalling rude service. They are not on Checkatrade any more - I can see why now. The guy that quoted back in August (Vince) was pleasant and professional - later saw on Companies House he resigned as Director back in June. Very odd. AVOID this company.
Postscript 16 Sept: Just read their reply. NO, I did not want extra work done at no cost I merely said that getting a decent pressure from the bath tap shower was important and if that meant a new tap I would have happily paid - I wasn't given a choice ; yes, I did ask (not insist) if the condensate pipe could be smaller and accepted that it couldn't, no one called us to say not coming back, and no-one said expect us between 9 and 1 - the guy that arrived apologised for being late so that's not true either. I stand by what I said. The company doing the work is going to hide the pipe in the cavity wall and avoid the need for a condensate pump - now that is what you call service!

After visiting me to provide a bathroom fitting quote I never heard from them again despite several emails and voice messages. Didn’t even have the courtesy to advise they weren’t interested. I’ve now lost several months and will have to start again on obtaining quotes!

I booked Dorset Plumbing for a boiler service because I had a minor intermittent problem with my Worcester Bosch 40CDi Conventional boiler. Dorset Plumbing were able to arrange a service within 24 hours and gave me a morning slot for the visit. The evening before the visit they sent me a "gentle reminder" and as scheduled Tom the engineer arrived as planned in a nice clean van armed with all the appropriate equipment.
Tom gave my boiler a thorough service and completed a GasSafe CP6 Service Report itemizing the checks carried out and gave my boiler a clean bill of health.
It was not possible to repeat the problem but Tom took the time to explain what further action could be taken should the service not have resolved it. At least I could be sure that the boiler was not to blame.
All in all a very pleasant and professional experience. Not only that but the service charge was very reasonable and taken after the work had been completed.
I highly recommend the company.
(I have taken some time here to explain my experience because I know how difficult it is sometimes to find a good plumber and having had such a good experience I was surprised to read negative comments about Dorset Plumbing on TrustPilot. My experience was excellent!)

Avoid this company..dont know how to talk to their customers. Absolutely no respect for customers highly unprofessional and rude. Will never do any business with them again

It's always a great pleasure working with their team, and they have helped me with my let properties on multiple occasions in the Bournemouth area. I wouldn't use anyone else to be honest.
