Very disappointed with Dorset Gutter Services. We had an appointment booked for today 20/02/26 at 8:30am. No one showed up, no phone call, no message, nothing.

I have been trying to call them for the last two hours and cannot get through to anyone. My wife even took time off work specifically for this appointment, and it was completely wasted.

This is not professional and shows a total lack of respect for the customer’s time. I would not recommend this company.

Dorset Guttering responded quickly to my initial enquiry about a blocked cast iron downpipe, coming out the next day to assess. They swiftly diagnosed the problem, explained it with no pressure to proceed, and came within a few days to complete the job. Everything was done professionally and neatly and all mess was cleaned and cleared. A completely stress-free process from start to finish, they are a competent, efficient and friendly organisation. I would both recommend and use again.

Great service. Friendly staff who were all helpful from beginning to end

Easy to arrange an appointment, the men arrived promptly, work to be done fully discussed and explained. All leaks resolved, everything left tidy.
Best of all, very quick and polite workers!

Visited promptly, gave estimate of cost and completed the drain pipe issue immediately.
They were very knowledgeable and knew straight away what the issue was.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
I contacted them, explaining “I live in a modern 3 storey terraced town house. I’ve got two leaking gutter joints that need fixing. Is that doable?”

They responded “Yes no problem”.

First appointment was cancelled on the morning, after I’d spent time clearing the garden [and a day without work which is money out of my pocket]

Today, I receive a phone call “It’s a three storey town house: we can’t do it”

Now come on, which part of MODERN THREE STOREY TERRACED TOWN HOUSE didn’t you understand a month ago? Were the words to complex? Were the photos not clear?

And then, when I get grumpy on the phone, I get “I wont deal with you if you are being like that” I would expect they are used to grumpy people if they operate like this.

Appalling customer service: I’m two days out of pocket due to not booking work and still have dripping gutters.

In response to the response: I terminated the call in sheer frustration. You accuse me of abusive language: I’m sure all call are recorded. Please review the call and confirm the alleged abuse.

Please also review the many photos I sent; it’s all very obvious.

Both times I've used this company, they have come out quickly and got the job done with no nonsense. A tile repair in an awkward position that other roofers had been unable to fix was no issue for these guys. Communication was good and they turned up on time/earlier than expected on both occasions. Thanks guys.

They were great people got Michael and his assistant got the job done very quickly will definitely recommend them to family and friend and will definitely use them again quote was very quick and reasonable all together nice company .

Rang many times to arrange guttering repair inspection. Two appointments made and two appointments broken with no contact. No confidence in letting them start the job. Flashy web-site but dismal service.

It may not have been the largest repair job, but Dorset Guttering provided a swift and excellent service, with the repair carried out within 24-hours of first contact with the company. Their communication was excellent throughout and, I was kept fully informed of the work required and the costs involved. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Just had roof jet washed and guttering cleared of moss. Mike and team was fantastic. The house roof and garage look good as new. After the job was finished the team cleaned up after them. A huge thank you. I would recommend Dorset Guttering in the future
