Still Struggling with Shipping and Communication
I previously ordered from Doomsday before their shutdown and reopening, and at the time my main issues were slow shipping and poor customer service response times.
After hearing that these problems had been resolved post-relaunch, I decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience.
I placed an order on March 30th, and nearly a month later there has been no update on shipping and no response from customer service despite attempts to get in touch.
Overall, very disappointing and not the improvement I was expecting.
Bad returns policy and customer service
I ordered a tee that was sadly too small and followed the return order steps and send everything back recorded delivery on 25/03 and have not received any notification of this and my emails to the team have been ignored. So I am now in limbo as to what happens next and have paid for a tee and return with nothing to show for it

Recently bought one of the heavy weight T-shirts as I had bought one a while back and loved the fit. Yes it takes a little longer for delivery but I understand that and am willing to wait for a good quality item from an independent brand, which is exactly what I got. Love the quality and the fit of the heavy weight items and would 100% recommend. Also emailed a couple of times asking some questions and got a response straight away so don’t get some of the frustrations from some of the other reviews. In summary don’t expect next day delivery but do expect a good quality item.

Have been trying to return my order since two weeks. Send a mail the day i received it. Shirts where to big and one got a big stain on it. Was planning on returning and buying the size i needed. Will not order here again.

Delivery took 3 months
the delivery took 3 months to arrive. Customer service does not work, if you write a email you get no response.
Don’t bother ordering
Don’t bother ordering. I ordered a pair of joggers on 1st Jan 2026 and have reached out to the owner 3 times to be ignored. I understand you’re an independent brand but dude….. Come on…. Set your stock to sold out or “email when back in stock” if you can’t get orders out within 4 weeks. You’re pissing off too many people that would buy again if they received the first item they ordered within a respectable timeframe. No where for me to cancel order either.
Buyer Beware
I love their designs... but communication is non-existent. I have been trying to contact anyone at the company since last month because I have not received any information about my order from November '25. Email boxes are full, no replies from social media. Really terrible buying experience.
Non-existent customer service, t-shirt quality cheap rubbish
The worst customer service imaginable, they just ignore every single contact you make with them. I ordered a shirt which took almost a month to arrive, and when it did it was the wrong one. Since then I have contacted them numerous times on two email addresses, both of which I know are correct (hello at and jamie at) and also via their website. They haven't responded to a single message I've sent them, they have received them all and have ignored every one.
On top of the dreadful customer service, the shirt is rubbish. The print is poor quality, you can see right through it when holding it up to the light. And the actual shirt is a terrible cut, it's too long and thin, tight across the chest, it has misaligned side seams, I guess they are cutting corners at every opportunity.
I ended up getting a refund from my bank and giving the shirt to a charity shop. Do yourself a favour and just avoid this company altogether. This is yet another bad review added to their very long list of bad reviews.
Ill give a honest review
Ill give a honest review, with pros and cons. The stuff that comes is always lovely and of good quality, and in my experience does always eventually arrive. If you can accept ordering it and not seeing for a long time then I would say is worth it, and I do appreciate there is a warning of waiting times on the website,
HOWEVER
The wait is alot longer than stated on the website, which again is fine if you go into it expecting that, but there is a severe lack of communication. Emails aren't answered at all when enquiring about your order, I feel if you could at least reply to people to set them at ease, at the end of the day people's money is being taken then they're being completely ignored which isn't professional, and I can understand I've seen previous replies I get it, it's a small business and a lot of orders to process but on the other hand other business manage and if you're taking more orders than you can handle then that's not the customers fault maybe rain it back a little bit.
To sum up pros really nice designs and quality clothing which I will continue to order

Not having a go just some constructive criticism I hope the company gets on its feet because the stuff is genuinely really nice and you can tell a lot of care goes into the quality and designs.
How do they expect people not to complain about this!?
I ordered a ‘life’s a drag’ hoodie. It took over 2 months to arrive which is fine. I had tracked delivery. But when it finally arrived. It was the completely wrong hoodie! The tracking information even told me that I had ordered the correctly chosen hoodie. They obviously didn’t have the hoodie I ordered in stock and sent me the one I reviewed hoping I wouldn’t notice. Unbelievable!
Wouldn't bother ordering - Over 2 months and still no delivery or response.
I have sent countless emails trying to get in contact about my order. I ordered on the 1st of December 2025.. its now Mid February 2026. While I realise there has been some delay with orders, this is getting ridiculous. My order was nearly $200, so I'm feeling pretty upset about the lack of communication and the inability to even get my money back, and the fact that I will now have to sort it through my bank (such a hassle). I've ordered from Doomsday before, twice in fact, and have always been super impressed. However, sadly, it seems this company is no longer trustworthy to order from, which is a real shame.

Made an order on 10th Dec in the hope of a xmas or mid Jan delivery slot(birthday). No communication from company, no response to emails, message on Facebook.
I’ve ordered on 6th of December
I’ve ordered on 6th of December, wanted to make some Christmas gifts from their site. It is currently February and I’ve still didn’t receive it. The funniest part is they showed a banner with ‘Order now and you will receive it before Christmas’.

I hope someone puts this owner in jail. Since I’ve first purchased items off this brand I’ve seen he hasn’t ever sent them out on time, he has stolen people’s money and suggested frankly I’m going to see what I can do about it as he needs to see justice.

Ordered on 16th December, no item received and ignored by company
Ordered on 16th December, no tracking was ever sent. Contacted company on 30th December and was assured it would be with me 3-4 weeks after initial order date, from this point the company has continued to ignore me. £60+ order waiting to be refunded by Klarna if seller doesn’t reply promptly.
