Product doesn’t do anywhere close to what it advertises and is the most clunky software I’ve ever used

I recently subscribed to Doodle but it turned out I couldn’t use it for what I needed through work. The service was excellent when I messaged about my mistake. Prompt reply, timely no hassle refund. Very friendly staff. I Won’t hesitate to use Doodle in the future.

I used to be a frequent user and appreciated the product before the major redesign a few years ago. After that redesign, several features I found valuable were removed, such as text polls and flexible calendar durations.

Over time, some of these features have been reintroduced, which is a positive step. However, the product now appears largely focused on matching competitor features rather than offering a clear differentiator.

In addition, the interface is heavily impacted by advertising, which reduces readability and usability, particularly on mobile devices. Given these limitations, the current pricing feels high for the relatively narrow range of use cases the product addresses.

just lost 10 timeslots for free when just a month ago you could get 20 slots without having to upgrade. this website already SUCKS SO HARD and now you want people to pay and cut their free access in half???? screw you, Doodle, and every other corporation in the hellscape of the United States

I used doodle.to create my videos and it was good . It was instrumental in my recognition as a good pr Officer

I took out a subscription and tried to use it for three meetings. Useless! The menu is impossible to navigate

how to kill a viable product. It's something in academic you use often but not on regular basis so it does not justify a subscription. The free is ruined with bloatware and limitations.

I tried to use the free version for scheduling meetings. They have put so many adverts on the page that the page doesn't respond. Completely pointless! They advertise it as free but the free version does not work. Do not use the meeting scheduling software.

Doodle was easy to use and get used to. I love that they offered many different scheduling tools- for example, if I needed to get a group of friends together or if I needed to book one on one meetings for my job.

I love the Booking Page. Saves me hours per week!

Making it so confusing to cancel is just downright immoral. Pathetic.

This tool is trash. I tried to use this to figure out when people are available for a trip, but ran into issues right away. I setup the quiz with the dates, but those dates are also considered my vote and there is no way to edit without paying... Deleted my account, should have checked here before I used this tool in the first place.

Ganz ehrlich.
Doodle war mal richtig gut, aber das ich als Ersteller einer kleinen Umfrage nicht mal Schreibfehler anpassen kann bei Teilnehmern ohne zu bezahlen ist echt frech.
Die App kann man ins Klo schmeissen mittlerweile.
Wer eine Umfragesoftware braucht soll sich nach was anderen umschauen.
Ich werde Doodle nie wieder nutzen.
Wenn die Software wenigstens gut funktionieren würde als App usw dann könnte man das überlegen, aber als Privatperson mit evtl 4 Umfragen im Jahr ist das viel zu teuer.

Well, there isn't much positive to say about an app that used to be great many years ago but now sits at just 0.2 stars to the worst possible rating, and very well deserved. It's absolutely terrible in every single measurable aspect. I guess it's only a matter of time before this company disappears. Nobody will miss it.

Utter garbage. You cannot see information put into Doodle polls, such as location details, in Doodle itself. You only see the information after the receiving person has accepted the invitation. And you cannot just attach a calendar, you have to go in and make extra adjustments to ensure you also receive the calendar acceptance. On top of that, one time I logged into my Doodle account and it reverted to a version from years ago. My new poll was deleted. And, of course, they have an AI chat bot that tells you it's your fault their software suck now. Avoid Doodle at all costs.

Le mode gratuit est devenu inutilisable avec toutes ses limitations !
C'est tellement ridicule, que Doodle est devenu un outil à EVITER !
Je vais donc chercher d'autres logiciels, c'est dommage pour eux car j'ai beaucoup recommandé ce logiciel par le passé !

Lamentable.
- Ergonomie désastreuse; (et je m'y connais un peu...).
- Message d'erreur.
- Support client qui ne répond que par mail de manière "aléatoire".
Faire payer plus de 14€ pour un service soit-disant "pro" aussi inefficace relève de l'escroquerie pure et simple.

Doodle does this, Doodle does that, it says, but for me all Doodle did was waste my time by allowing me to enter all the details of my meeting and then, when I tried to finalise the set up, taking some time doing nothing before declaring that there was a problem, but not saying what the problem was. I will not waste my time trying to use it again.

I wish i could give Doodle 10 out of 10! Amazing!! They are the only people who could make a booking page and code for me, Thank you Doodle!!!
