Avoid at all costs.
I’ve spent over £1,000 with this company in the past, but that loyalty counted for absolutely nothing when things went wrong. A stone fell out of my ring after just seven weeks, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame me for it. They agreed to replace it, then changed their mind, then eventually sent a so‑called “goodwill” replacement by untracked second‑class post- for an expensive ring! It never arrived. I returned the faulty ring using tracked, signed‑for delivery, yet they couldn’t even be bothered to send the replacement with basic tracking.
Over two months later, I’m left with no ring, no refund, and no accountability from them whatsoever. Shockingly poor service and a complete disregard for customers.

I ordered a pair of blue Amazonia organica earrings online from Donatella Balsamo for £40. When they arrived I saw they were not pale blue as shown in photos online but an almost white pale green tint colour not what I had ordered. I emailed them to ask politely to exchange them for the colour I had ordered but got no reply. I then sent a message via their online form submission and got no reply. I then found a phone number on their return form on the site and rang it but no-one answered. In desperation I messaged their Instagram account and got a rude reply from someone saying they had never received my email and the phone number hadn't been functional for 5 years and they didn't exchange earrings. Is this how treat a customer? I would never buy from the company again.
