Avoid at all costs.
I’ve spent over £1,000 with this company in the past, but that loyalty counted for absolutely nothing when things went wrong. A stone fell out of my ring after just seven weeks, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame me for it. They agreed to replace it, then changed their mind, then eventually sent a so‑called “goodwill” replacement by untracked second‑class post- for an expensive ring! It never arrived. I returned the faulty ring using tracked, signed‑for delivery, yet they couldn’t even be bothered to send the replacement with basic tracking.
Over two months later, I’m left with no ring, no refund, and no accountability from them whatsoever. Shockingly poor service and a complete disregard for customers.
