Me and my sister both ordered a ton of clothes and she was given a confirmation order number but I was not. When we click on her track package it says website is not available. We order this stuff about 2 weeks ago. We checked it everyday and it worked now it has not been working.

I was trying to track my package but was not given a tracking number in any form, email or text. When I tried to contact the company by a customer service email on their site, it wasn’t even a real email address. I ordered my items almost a month ago and have no idea where they are or if I’ll even get them.

Hello my name is aliah Howard order number 1544# who hasn’t received her package yet I order around Black Friday and you guys were having a deal and I’m upset because I paid shipping a while ago and I still have revived any update on my order... and on top of that I tried to email you guy from the email on you website and I receive an error like your contact didn’t exist

I think I been scan to I saw on snap that things were free but not telling me if it ship or not please don’t tell me it’s a scam

Bought my ball dress from you guys and it was stunning. Received many compliments and felt so comfortable yet gorgeous. Achieved the perfect desired elegant yet sexy look. Would definitely recommend you guys.

Unsatisfactory service. Don’t bother ordering from this company .Faulty clothing , articles are not what you see in photo, fabrics cheap ! Don’t waste your time or money Dealing with Dolly Girl Fashion ! What a scam ! I wish I had of read these reviews before I bought there.

Terrible returns policy. Sent back my items over 3 weeks ago now and still no refund or response. I sent an email to the customer service team only to receive an extremely rude response and she had no care to want to help me. Quality was not great - sizes were way off and definitely don’t look like the photos. Other boutiques like princess polly make it so easy to returns items but this is one of those places where you have to reach out to get a response. Never shopping here again.

The workers at this store are unbelievable! Every single time I enter, they always run off and hide in a little corner. When it comes time to pay, I have to wait around ages, and once the worker wasn’t even their so I left when I had to buy something. And when the workers are their, it hardly makes a difference. No hello, not even a smile. They bump you over without even apologizing! What a shame, because this store has amazing clothing, and it’s a shame the staff are the COMPLETE opposite :(

Terrible quality. All 3 items I received were see through and of incredibly cheap fabric and were nothing like they looked on the website. The worst part is they do not refund and only offer a store credit - for other terrible quality pieces. I am very disappointed in my purchase and will definitely not be shopping here again in future. Save your money and buy elsewhere for a lot better quality!

Loyal regular customer for years and spent thousands here. False advertising. Which I hate most, you buy an item but receive something completely different really bothers, annoys and frustrates me. Will not ever spend a dime here. Happy to take my money elsewhere. Businesses need to understand they are not the only business running. Charcoal clothing, Mura boutique you can take my money.

Received the order on time, the quality of the clothing was horrendous. Completely see through black long sleeved dress. And I got a wrap dress, but the ties on the dress were in weird positions so you can’t wrap the dress around as one tie ends up inside the dress? This dress was also insanely short and the material was rough & also very sheer. Returns/exchange policy is a joke. Annoying that I can’t go into store as I live so far away but took a chance on this store and now I’m stuck with two pieces of crap. Very annoyed.

BEWARE when buying BODY SUITS from Dolly girl Fashions , the body suit purchased did not fit going by their measuments it should have but as soon as I took it out of the packet I could tell it was not going to fit , I emailed twice for a returns number No Response so I ring only to be told that although the body suit which still has the bright orange tag attached, could not be returned for health reasons , which if the tag was NOT attached I would understand, it's very hard to wear a white lace see through body suit with an orange tag hanging of it.. read the returns policy and after a while you will read the bit about things you can't return , maybe when someone purchases a item that is not refundable it should have that in the description in bright orange letter like the tag on the Item. Absolutely a rip off policy , will stick to purchasing item like this to retail stores, Buyers look at other online fashion stores with honest returns policies..BEWARE OF THIS ONE..

Absolutely disgusting quality is very cheap clothes colors are more dull in person everything is edited too look nicer in color but when you open up your package such a shock pleaseee pay the extra 10 to get what u deserve from a shop u know and trust . Good luck with returning orders may take them over 2 weeks to reply and when they do they leave 1 msg and you have too wait again... poor customer service! Cheap clothes most probably from china

My order number is 100332990. I ordered $170 worth of items yesterday and I still got no confirmation email and now it won't let me sign into the site. This means that I have no way to track my items. I am beginning to think I got scammed out of $170, which is not little by any standards.
I am extremely concerned that a company which has been in operation for a few years still has such major logistic issues and it is difficult to not assume it is intentional.
Please get back to me ASAP.

I received a faulty item and they wouldn’t even offer an exchange for the same item.
They originally wanted to make me pay for return shipping as well and then pay for shipping to order it again. After many emails they were still making me pay for shipping for the new item so it was settled that I would get $10 reimbursement to go and get my item fixed at the sewing place which is such a hassle! Terrible policy and customer service when it could have been as easy as me sending back the item and receiving a new one ! Definitely won’t be buying from them again!

I would 100% not recommend dolly fashion!!!
Iv bought over $150 worth of clothes and what I got was terrible! The fabric was sooo thin and the fabric is so itchy and cheep. It was literally what you would get from ordering from eBay. The underlining of the dresses is too short or too long and the buttons weren’t sewn on properly. And I field out the blue form that you get if you want to return and I sent them an email before I sent it back and I double check that I would get my money back, and they said we won’t give your money back!! You can return them with your feedback but we won’t refund! So I have spent over $150 and now that’s gone down the drain.

The only thing I say was good was that the shipping came under a week.

First time purchasing from Dolly Girl Fashion. I purchased the Aubergine Cocktail dress in a size 10. I measured up as a size 8, but they were out of stock. The dress was $85AUD. Receiving the dress three days later, it looked nothing like the image. It looked cheap, threads were hanging off it and just very poor quality. For $85AUD, I believe I should be receiving a dress that is well-made. I wouldn't even pay $30 for this, honestly. It is fairly true to size, as I knew I may have to get the top altered a bit, having to order a size up as they were out of stock in a size 8. I have decided to return the dress, knowing I will be receiving store credit which I believe is so stupid. I would happily buy from this company again if they fully refund the purchased items and offered free returns. On top of receiving store credit, I also had to pay $10 in returns, if it wasn't for the store credit, I have no reason to purchase from this website again. If your looking for quality in clothing, good customer care and easy return process, look elsewhere because Dolly Girl Fashion has got it completely wrong. It's a waste of time and money. I hope this has assisted in your decision to purchase an item from them.

Their affordable prices and quality garments are up to oar to my expectations. Not only do they have nice clothes but the team behind Dolly Girl Fashion is very friendly and accomodating, they try their best to give customers satisfaction. They certainly will cater to your requests and concerns and will find the best solution to them. The only down side I’ve had from them is the promptness of their responses If they could do more of a faster response I could have given them 5 star rating but overall I am happy and satisfied and will continue to patronize Dolly Girl Fashion.

I have been buying clothes through DGF for a few years now, and have never had an issue. The quality is fantastic and the prices are great. Excellent customer service as well!
