Excellent Customer Service!! This was my first time purchasing from Dolls Kill, and I wasn’t aware of their return policy, which only offers store credit instead of refunds. After speaking with customer service representative Jaen, she kindly offered to assist me with getting a full refund. I truly appreciate her understanding, kindness, and willingness to help! Such a positive customer service experience. Highly recommend!

Truly an awful company all around. Obviously they steal designs from artists and small businesses so no moral compass there. Add to that the worst customer service imaginable. Tons of AI, when you connect with a human they say just wait there’s nothing they can do. If you get a response. Cheap and terrible and such a waste

I love them so much that I pay very high customs fees (I don't like D. Trump) because I live in France.

This merchant is a scam. They lure teenage shoppers to their site on Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms. Their merchandise is cheap hideous garbage costumes which if you’re into that can be purchased for much less money on Amazon. In addition all returns are subject to store credit so you are trapped trading garbage for garbage.

This company charged me FULL PRICE during a 30% OFF sitewide sale that didn't require a code. The cart showed this discounted price and total when I put the order through, my comfirmation email came and showed that they charged me full price for everything! I reached out to customer service right away and the refused to correct this or cancel the order. Now I am trying to return it and they will not give me a refund! This is a SCAM. Look them up on BBB, they have an F rating. I can see why. Also, good luck reaching out if you have an issue, all I was able to get was an ai.

I ordered a purse from them a while back when it was on sale and while the item was decent, in my opinion its true value was the discounted price and not the full price. In fact, I've bought bags of similar quality and looks for less than the sale price on Dolls Kill. I received an email from them asking me to leave them a review and when I basically wrote the same thing I'm saying here, my review never saw the light of day. If you look at the reviews on their website, they're mostly all positive ones, so I believe they censor the less than glowing reviews. Not an entirely bad experience, I just wish they'd allow more honesty in the reviews they post.

Super disappointed. They used to have good stuff. Now the quality is very poor. I spent close to $400 (for 2 different orders) and can’t return or exchange anything except for one item. One thing that is eligible for exchange they won’t give me my money back, they only offer a gift card.
There is a dress I like but the size is off and I can’t seem to exchange for a correct size. Literally never shopping here again.

I received the wrong item, and the store would not send me the correct one or offer the same price. Instead, they offered only store credit, which I now don't know what to spend on, since it's less than the item's discounted price. I like the Dolls Kill in-person locations, but they carry very few items. It's already inconvenient to buy from them online knowing you'll be stuck with store credit if something isn't to your liking, and on top of that, they can send you a shirt instead of boots.

I encountered some delivery issues with my recent order and received assistance from Chelsea who helped me to resolve my issue within the day. I had some trouble submitting a claim and she offered to help me with her kind assistance, which I am so thankful for! I managed to place another order with my reimbursed store credit and I can’t wait for my items to arrive!

There’s something for everyone, to meet almost every fashionista’s needs (from goth to grunge, cute and kawaii) with their wide range of style trends. They’re my go to store for Halloween outfits. Their frequent sales is an added bonus. I appreciate the automated rates conversion and affordable shipping rates (with tax duties included) to make our shopping process and experience more convenient and hassle free. Their TikTok live shows allows us to view their products and assist us with size queries in real-time before making a purchase. And they’re always super helpful and attentive with their replies! I’ve been shopping at DOLLSKILL for almost 8 years and I’m happy with all of my purchases that I’ve made over the years. And I’m always excited to see their new arrivals!

My Halloween costume arrived quickly. I had to exchange it for a different size and customer service helped me understand how the store credit works. Once I ordered the replacement costume, it arrived less than a week later. Great quality too! Overall, pretty seamless experience

I would not recommend purchasing online I ordered a product I never received it.
I actually ordered two products and only received one I made them aware of this they asked me to send them a picture of the label for the package by this time I had thrown away the package it was no longer able to provide a picture because of this they are literally ignoring me or when they do respond to me they ask me for the same information they have not offered me a refund they have not offered me or credit and there is no way to call them you could only email them which means if they want to ignore you they can and there's nothing you can do. You're at their mercy.

Lost money, lost time, lost my mental health. worst experience with online shopping. wild instinct long shoes- dont botther- if something will be wrong u will not get anything solved. ive been waiting for the shoes they marketing nicely for over the shipment time they show on their website.
When asked for refund i had to provide bunch of photos, and they were making weird exuses like they dont see the shipment so they cant make the refund, later - no refund, just store credit, then asking for photos again but close up, than that they stopped responding. I asked for refund for like MILLION times. theys till not cooperating. sometimes when feel like playing with customers - they send me a new email with new Demands of what i should do in order for them to Evaluate the issue. No shoes, minus 200€ and almost no customer support, seems like a bot replying. now after a week i still have to provide videos, screenshots of shipment trackers, wait for their system to change details that THEY- agents!? can not change. im left confused and nothing is going further.
i dont know what else to do but to make viral trend videos showing how i was treated from ordering till being asked to constantly provide more of the same facts so no other girlies lose their time and nerves on this scam

I have always loved the items offed by Dolls Kill and recently when I had an issue with a pair of shoes, the customer service team resolved it without any hassle. The experience definitely made me more inclined to purchase from them again. 10/10 experience.

I’ve always recieved exceptional help from dollskill. Very quick turn around time o & clear communication. Also some of my favorite outfits come from dollskill- they also have held up surprisingly well. There shoes are my staples too!! :)
