Even after paying these people many years ago, they still keep sending this so called account of mine to collections agencies. I think I am at 10 different places now.

I cancelled my loan with u within 2 days and u debt my account. Than 5 days later charge me interest that is illegal.. Do not ever deal with this company I have never had a bounced check from them in... Vis mer

Great service, but same day deposit on a Friday would be BETTER!
Same day deposit, or the next day deposit, on a Friday would be really great. Having to wait 2-3 days, is really frustrating and takes away from the quality service!! Get better!

very easy to apply
To apply is fast and friendly. Also the communication is quick and your end. ( love the e-mails sent to let you know where the stats are in the process of the loan. Thank you for making getting a loan a lot less stressful. I also love the trust factor they give back to you as a customer.
Over all a great to trust and feel respected.

Fast, Effecient and Customer care is great.
Dollar direct is very good with their loans and giving you a chance to organize your budget and pay back your loan when it works best for you.

Ok but a few annoying things
Why would u take the repayment money out of my account the day before my next paycheck gets into the bank causing me to pay overdraft fees? Also why do u send me notification that I am preapproved but I am still waiting 4 to 5 days for it to arrive. So I am not really preapproved?
Other than that not to bad

Terrible experience

Do not ever deal with this company I have never had a bounced check from them in over 10 loans and they go and do this to me... Unacceptable and I am going to my manager at a national newspaper and asking them to run this story...
