From start to finish the procedure was well organised and professional.

Mr Calleja was my consultant at Sussex Health Care and he performed my TURP Surgery. The whole experience was very satisfactory. Both the procedure it's self, and care and attention from all the medical staff at Sussex Premier Health and the after care, including post op examinations were stunning. I felt I was in good hands throught the whole experience and would not hesitate to recomend both Mr Calleja and Sussex Premier Health to anyone.

Worst experience ever. I am never stepping into this hospital, also highly priced as compared to the prime medical centers.
The endocrinologist appointments are forever full with no slots and what you are left with is walk in option.

Today 19th Nov 2025, Wednesday after my office hours I walk in to see the doctor around 4:45p.m - 5p.m I registered and waited for my turn up until 7:30p.m and left the hospital premises at 8:30p.m

I met the doctor for hardly 3 minutes for which I had to wait almost 4 hours.
The nurse has some kind of attitude where in even if you ask how long there is no response. She definitely needs some training on listening and responding, also on being flexible.

I am walk in, I understand but how is it fair waiting for 12 to 15 patients to finish their turn and then I am allowed to go?!
Most clinics/hospitals send 1 walk in after 5 appointment patients, also when you are regular and the nurse knows it won't take so long.

I have been asking doctor about why no weight loss in last 6 months while on mounjaro as compared to others, no response, no explanation.
How am I supposed to know what's happening and the course of action, can't just keep taking injection.

Basically I am just trying my luck if it works, it works.

It's sad such a well known medical chain does not have an alternative or a back up for the endocrinologist while he is on leave, which is frequent and then no appointments are available.

Dr James Smith is a profssional surgeon cares about his patients ,he made me feel at ease he explained every thing to me ,i know what to expect ,he done a total knee for me me in july 2025 he knows his job i have only praise for the man

Great experience seeing Dr Yahya privately in Springfield hospital. I have had my tests completed and results communicated in depth without unnecessary delays in my treatment.

Speedy procedure ,made comfortable with good pain management. Staff very attentative. Back on my feet very quickly with good physio advise.Can seem rushed and part of a conveyor belt.The cosultant needs to explan things more slowly and clearly.

Mr Latif was extremely professional and caring. The surgery I had was excellent and I would highly recommend him.

I was extremely impressed with the clinic. All staff were very friendly and helpful, and made me feel really comfortable. It was the first time that I'd been to the site, it was clean, welcoming and I was informed of everything that I needed before, during and after my procedure.

I found all the Doctors, nurses and reception staff very professional and friendly. All tests were done same day and on site which made things easy. Happy to recommend.
