My recent visit involved both a CV Ultrasound of the Abdomen (carried out by Carlos) and a Consultation with Mr. Lim. I cannot speak highly enough of how thorough Carlos was in working with me. Carlos approach was not only so professional but he was kind, patient, clear in communicating and so thorough in carrying out the test. I went from this Ultrasound investigation which was really useful in providing answers – directly to an appointment with Mr. Lim, and I genuinely felt so respected, listened to, informed, and supported in this appointment. I have met many Consultants at this stage in my life, and I can honestly say Mr. Lim had the kindest approach I have ever had. Mr Lim give me so much time after years of struggling with my health, he was empathic, and gentle in his approach. Mr. Lim was so thorough and clear in how he explained things. In this appointment, Mr. Lim very gently and sensitively worked with me in my complex and difficult circumstances. What a brilliant team and even though physically there is little in solution, the appointment was so so healing from start to finish - I was met with so much kindness and validation. Thank you so much. So grateful for professionals who care.

Everything was great and follow on treatment at home was explained before I left.
I was then phoned the next day to make sure I was ok.

I had a robotic hip replacement at the Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle. I was so glad I had my operation there. Mr Kim and his secretary were both very kind and always accessible for any queries. Every member of staff I met put my mind at ease and I can say I wouldn't be worried about having to go into hospital again. Mr Kim explained everything to me and felt reassured. I am now recovering very well, 10 weeks after my operation and looking forward to getting my life back thanks to Mr Kim and his team.

Dr Heggy and nurse Charlotte were fantastic. They listened and helped me more than anyone else has so far. Dr Heggy really went above and beyond for me and I feel heard for the first time.

Dr Colquhoun and Emily Holt at Willow Health were absolutely brilliant. They took the time to really listen and understand everything I’ve been going through, and never once made the appointment feel rushed. Their calm, thoughtful and knowledgeable approach instantly put me at ease, and I left feeling supported, informed, and confident about my next steps. My experience at the diabetes clinic at the General Hospital Leicester on the tier 3 scheme. It’s just amazing. The staff can’t do enough to help. Can I also include the dietitian Jessica as she is brilliant any problem she tells you to ring and gets back to you ASAP I couldn’t have asked for any more if I’d have gone private to try and sort out my weight issues which are impacting on my life greatly just amazing scheme It’s just a pity that the schemes ends in March for my personal journey it’s given me a new reason to live just thank you so much all involved x
