Good communication when order was ready to collect. When I went to collect the otder the staff member who dealt with it was very friendly and efficient. The order was well packed.

Best Taphouse there is
Every second spent in Docks is amazing. The Beers, the staff, the customers, even Kittys fancy water. Welcoming, a laugh a minute and make you feel special.

Great service and great product
The online purchase was quick and easy. I opted for Click and Collect and my order was ready when I arrived the next day to collect. Great service and great product. I would recommend Docks Beers to any craft beer enthusiast!

Part of a 70th birthday gift for my husband who left Grimsby a few years ago and loves lager/pale ale so thought I’d get him something to remind him of his beloved home town and favourite football team so it’s a double whammy, win win gift that’s he’s going to love !!

Quality quality quality
Docks beers sell great beer and ales and superb merchandise too it’s quality quality quality no matter if it’s to drink or to wear the customer service is 5 star and quality is a given you will not be disappointed folks

Excellent Grimsby company
What an excellent local company.
I bought a gift for a friend, and when I collected it the staff were prompt and polite.. well done!
My only niggle is that the 'overtime gift pack with 6 tins and a glass' came in a paper carrier, and no inside support leaving everything loose inside. I was expecting something a little more secure.. perhaps even a plain brown cardboard box of the right size, with the Docks logo would have been better.

Highest level service.
Brilliant service once again. Through no fault of the company my order was delayed in being delivered. As soon as I made contact with Docks they were onto it and found out what the issue was. Resolved in really quick time, kept me updated regularly and hand delivered the order themselves.
Incredible service as always from them.
