We enjoyed our visit and the oat latte was very nice.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good variety of plants and accessories. Good shops inside, Pavers Shoes, Works, Weird Fish, Sainsbury's, Fresh Meat, Farm Shop. Restaurant has lovely food. Well worth a visit.

Friendly knowledgable helpful staff. Nothing to much trouble.

Dobbies Stapleford, the most disgusting toilets. Lack of product in the cafe at lunch time.

Fantastic garden centre. So much choice & all good quality plants.

Expensive if not in the sale but got a beautiful arch in the sale.

Always a pleasure to visit Dobbies even if it's just for my free coffee. Plenty of choice and reasonably priced.

I have visited Dobbies many times and use the toilet facilities. The toilets at the back of the cafe were in a very poor condition compared to the rest of the garden centre. The toilets require updating and problems occurring should be dealt with straightaway eg one of the sinks could not be use, the driers do not work and the overall appearance is not good. A friend of mine visited the toilets and was disgusted with the condition and complained to a member of staff but nothing has been changed.

Had just what we wanted
, when we wanted it. Plus picked up a few sales items and some clothes while we were at it.

Found the staff very helpful. They went the extra mile. Food was enjoyable but do not care for green tomatoes, was good value. Toilets were clean but dryers did not work in one of them and one of the seats was lopsided. Staff helpful on exiting garden centre, especially with regard to joining gardening club. All helps to make a pleasant visit.

Lovely chice of plants, gardening goods, staff really friendly, meal in the cafe at lunch, really tasty thank you.
Sadly not one of the three hand dryers worked inthe ladies toilets

Indoor & outdoor goods of high quality but a little exspensive

Good garden centre stocks most thing. Not five star due to price of items.

The condition of some of the top priced plants are as poor as B&M are selling for pennies. For example Hydrangeas riddled with brown spot is surely unacceptable & rose bushes full of dead heads & dry soil equally so.
Garden centre staff don’t seem to have time to prepare plants for display, just wheel them out to sell.
Disappointing & expensive, barely 3 stars

Incredibly expensive for drinks and additional items….. £2 for a can of pop, carton of Capri Sun etc…..
With breakfast, £1.95 for ‘one round of toast’…
We had three mini breakfasts which were very basic - it was nice food as locally sourced, but really not value for money!!

Drinks were not great at best average…no flavour and very weak. Cakes overpriced and dry. Wished I had taken my coffee cake back ☹️

Really helpful staff when I bought a bistro set. Thank you.
