Lovely visit, great products and always interesting. Nice cafe/restaurant

Got some lovely plants and a couple of bargains on 30th May, as well as enjoyed sharing a well overdue b/day treat from Dec., with a friend.
Fairly quick through the tills, but I find the till receipt confusing.
I could see my £2.50 voucher taken off, but the points at the bottom of the receipt, for buying over £10 worth of garden plants, weren’t there!
Are they added next time?- as I’ll look for them then.

Our visit to Dobbies was very pleasant and relaxing. We bought plants and books and had a coffee. We also bought items from the Sainsbury's. The assistants were pleasant.

We always enjoy our visits to Dobbies. We bought exactly what we wanted except for a piece of fencing which you didn’t have. All the ones available were too big. The plants were great though and well tended. I would mention though that there wasn’t anyone around at the time we were there to ask questions. It wasn’t a problem for us but might have been for others. Overall very happy.

Since losing my Wife & therefore our Daughters mother recently, every Thursday on our Daughters day off, we have a "Dad & Daughters Day". This usually includes cake & tea at our local Dobbies. Being our Daughters birthday recently, we had afternoon tea as a special treat. On all our visits, the Staff could not have been more obliging & attentive. We shall naturally continue our visits for 'refreshments' &, as our Daughter now shares my love of Gardening, this has made our visits all the more special.

Tables not cleared had to move dirty cutlery ourselves. Apart from that very good

Disappointed with the set up for the soft play, one hour sessions. A bird was allowed to remain flying through the cafe/soft play area ( they’d named it) even though people were eating there and avian flu is prevalent.
Otherwise, the staff were fine and pleasant.

Always helpful. Good ranges and well stocked.

Loads of choices throughout the store. Plants look fresh and at good prices. The restaurant is very welcoming.

The Shopping Experience was fine staff at the Counter very helpful ! Totally different Place when it comes to You Restaurant Staff are Ignorant & rude. Waited over 30min before a member of one of the 4 staff acknowledge that we were sat at a table! Then told Us that we were supposed to wait to be take to a table and then again ignored Us. Both my Wife & I are partly disabled and did not know we had to wait to be taken to a table as the signage is very poor and we only notice it as we were leaving. We have been regular customers for over 6 years & never been treated like this before at the Store. I have complained to your head office and was told that they would have a word with the Manager at Gloucester as this was poor customer service and Unacceptable. I am still waiting for an apologue from the Gloucester Store Manager. Totally unacceptable Customer service.

I found good offers with good prices and very helpful staff

I always love going to Dobbies. I go at least once a week, have a coffee and invariably buy something.

Enjoy visiting our local Dobbies , always come away with a bargain, and trolly full of all sorts.

Things that I needed were easily found and every staff member was friendly and efficient

Staff in all of garden centre polite as usual. It's always a pleasure to visit Gloucester branch.

Only had 1 cream tea available if l another scone l had to pay for the jam and cream not a happy customer.

Cream scones very nice, tea & chocolate came hot
tomato plants very good and saved with my card.
a lovley afternoon spent, will come again.
