Went to the soft play , friendly young lady ,very clean in all areas

Took lunch with family in Dobbies and we were treated to one of the worst displays of customer service I've seen in quite a while. The staff were under pressure due to staff absence but the behaviour and attitude of one particular staff member towards customers and her staff senior was disgraceful. FULL MARKS TO LUCY for handling things so well. Food has become overpriced.

Visited for afternoon tea today great service provided by Isobel for my father’s 90th birthday. Great selection, great value, excellent service.

I think in the current financial situation your prices are a little expensive. For me £13-50p for fish and chips is OTT

Managed to buy a nice hanging basket for a good price and had 2 free coffees in the cafe

Nice garden centre with helpful staff

Staff polite and very helpful when checking to see if they've got what you want in store.

I was able to find all the plants that I wanted and as an added bonus was able to use my money off/ points vouchers.

Easy access into a beautiful light airy modern building. Cafe spotless with lovely choice of drinks, friendly staff and wonderful outdoor seating.

Extremely helpful staff, loaded my mum up with a basket full of flowers struggling in her wheelchair and struggling and a member of staff saw us and put our purchases in a trolley and took it to the tills for us while we finished shopping

Friendliness of all staff and beautifully laid out stock all clearly priced . Plenty of seating in cafe and good choice of menu , with superb coffee . Good healthy plants in garden centre displays .

I really like having a Waitrose in your store, Sainsbury’s was good but Waitrose is better.
I always enjoy walking around your Atherstone store, so much to see.

We visited Dobbies Garden Centre near Atherstone today to choose plants for our new garden. We were given fantastic advice from Tracy. She was so knowledgeable and patiently went through all sorts of options that were suitable for our garden. She organised delivery for everything and set us up with a membership card as well. Thank you to Tracy for all her help.

Just visited Dobbies in Atherstone and as expected for a B/H it was very busy.
The staff were worked off their feet but were amazing.
We had the tuna and mayo sandwich which because of the busyness we had to wait a while for but when it arrived it was worth the wait.
Overall our experience was a very positive one considering how busy it was
