Incredibly impressed by the friendly, professional and efficient service. The team worked seamlessly, moving from our 4th floor flat (including dismantling furniture) to the new house. They acted thoughtfully, making sure boxes and furniture were put into the right rooms, and that the reassembled furniture was all fine. We would highly recommend the DN team and will be using them again for our next move!

From the moment they started packing they were so kind, considerate and reassuring. We had an exceptionally stressful experience with the former owners of the house we had bought refusing us entry, and they had also not removed the majority of their bulky furniture. This meant the DN team had to wait several hours and they treated us with such compassion and kindness - even taking the time to stop and say comforting words whilst still working so swiftly and efficiently.
They took great care of all our belongings, but asked if anything was particularly special or sentimental and presented me with these by hand at the new house so I knew where they were. Communication was brilliant from quote to finish. If you're looking for a truly reliable and efficient removals company honestly look no further.

The team was efficient professional yet friendly. They packed my house in record time. They showed great patience when my completion was delayed. I recently used DN removals for a London based house move. From the offset the experience was excellent. They were by far the most reasonable quote I received from 5 companies based on the service offered and total price. Adam was my key contact, and he was always responsive and helpful in answering any questions.

On moving day, Ali and Aki were on time and very professional. They loaded up the Luton van extremely quickly, easily carrying heavy items down stairs and packing them up securely and safely into the van. They were understanding in having to wait a couple of hours for me to be able to pick up the keys and arrive at the new property.

Unloading was also a quick and easy process. Ali and Aki swiftly unpacked the van, placing items exactly where I needed and re-assembling a few items of furniture. There was no damage to any items and everything was dealt with carefully and considerately.

I would highly recommend DN removals for any removals job you have planned - extremely professional, polite and well priced.

The team at DN Removals really took the stress out of moving. The video survey was easy and carried out by Aki, who also managed the move on the day. Adam in the office was always quick to answer any query and accommodate any charge. The team on the day were hard working and friendly. I would definately recommend.

Extremely competitive quote, made me think what's the catch? Nope, there was none! A lovely bunch of people.

They made what could have been a stressful experience so very much better, extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Great communications from start to finish. I was even asked to stop carry a small box and that they would take care of everything - which they duly did.

They also took apart and reassembled a complicated metal futon bunk (with no instructions) as part of the service.
